★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was horrible. After making a dinner reservation we still waited one full hr before we got seated. After ordering dinner we then still waited more then 30 minutes just to get a cold cut appetizer, at this point the time is 11:35 pm.
We never got our dinner that night because a fight near by broke up and we had to leave.
The restaurant personnel including the owner never ones apologized for the inconvenience.
They made us pay for part of the order before we left. We were a group of 12 who left the restaurant around 12 pm without any dinner that night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible service. We were also overcharged 4 biers and didn't get our money back. The owners were unprofessional and rude. The oven potatoes were from last night probably, they came cold and for the main meat dishes. The fried potatoes were full of oil, they also arrived in advance. We had to wait two hours till our first dish arrived. Our two year old daughter, who did not even eat was charged the couver too. The meat was decent, though quality and price do not much. Not to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat was exquisite, the costata I ate was a mixed breed of Podolica/Marchigiana. Now, the reason why I removed 3 stars from this review. We had booked a table, but we ended up waiting for 20 mins for it to be ready and we still had to ask two times for the correct number of cutlery and glasses! After ordering, we had to wait for another hour to receive our meals! An attention to manners they interact with the client can make this place a 5 stars+! All in all, it is recommended for the food quality but the customer service needs extensive improvement.
