È un locale molto rustico, ma grazioso nella sua semplicità, allo stesso tempo è un locale innovativo perché completamente diverso da altri locali che si possono trovare nella vallata. Il personale è simpatico, cortese e sempre a vostra disposizione e soprattutto è molto giovane, forse proprio per questo motivo hanno voglia di fare. Ti offrono una vasta scelta di birre artigianali, che sono tutte molto buone, e ovviamente per chi venisse qui per la prima volta consiglio le tipiche ravioles, che sono non squisite, di più e un buon piatto di patate, tomino e aioli...poi che dire tutto ciò che fanno è veramente buono. Io consiglio a tutti quanti di farci un salto almeno una volta, ne vale la pena. My favorite place. It is a very rustic place, but graceful in its simplicity, at the same time it is an innovative place because it is completely different from other places that can be found in the valley. The staff is nice, courteous and always at your disposal and above all they are very young, perhaps for this reason they want to do something. They offer you a wide choice of craft beers, which are all very good, and of course for those who come here for the first time I recommend the typical ravioles, which are not delicious, more and a good plate of potatoes, tomino and aioli ... then what about everything they do is really good. I advise everyone to drop by at least once, it's worth it.

Ottime le birre, molto buona la cucina: pochi piatti in menù, ma fatti bene e con ingredienti di elevata qualità. Se posso fare una "critica", nelle albicocche con sorbetto al cioccolato, proprio non avrei messo il Timo... ma magari sono solo gusti. Se si è in vallata, merita la sosta, ma conviene prenotare, soprattutto nel fine settimana. Good experience. Young staf with great potential. They seem really passionate. The location is suggestive. Excellent beers, very good cuisine: few dishes on the menu, but made well and with high quality ingredients. If I can make a "criticism", in the apricots with chocolate sorbet, I really would not have put the thyme ... but maybe they are just tastes. If you are in the valley, it deserves a stop, but it is advisable to book, especially at the weekend.
