Servizio impeccabile, efficiente e attento. Consigliatissimo! La specialità è sicuramente la carne, visto la scelta che il menù propone. In quattro abbiamo mangiato 3,1kg di Fiorentina cucinata al sangue servita su pietra. Veramente buona. Antipasto, carne, dolce e 2 bottiglie di vino, caffè 3 digestivo: 61€ a testa. Per quanto abbiamo mangiato e la qualità direi ben spesi Nice restaurant in the village of Melle. Recently renovated restaurant with reserved parking near the entrance. The food is great. The specialty is certainly meat, given the choice that the menu offers. Four of us ate 3.1 kg of Fiorentina cooked rare served on stone. Really good. Appetizer, meat, dessert and 2 bottles of wine, 3 digestive coffee: € 61 per person. For how much we ate and the quality I would say well spent

Specialità piemontesi ma anche speciali tagli e stagionature di carni di Fassona piemontese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo da provare se passate in questa splendida vallata. Magnificent restaurant in Melle in Val Varaita completely renovated and very modern ... Seats in the dining room but also a magnificent terrace. Location stupenda e caratteristica, ingredienti di qualità, il cuoco ha fatto un eccellente lavoro, il tutto contornato da un servizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Chapeau!
