L'aperitivo in terrazza a dicembre è solo per eschimesi! Poi diventa piacevole anche per noi! New redone from the rules respecting tradition. You eat from God. The soup with the pucca deserves the climb (to be strictly on foot!). The aperitif on the terrace in December is only for Eschimesi! Then it becomes pleasant for us too!

Le nostre papille gustative in visibilio così come i nostri occhi ammaliati dal panorama mozzafiato! Alberto,il giovane gestore e tutto lo staff gentili,cordiali e disponibilissimi. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci quando il lago non sarà ghiacciato..ps c’è pure una pista di curling!! Davvero bravissimi!Complimenti!!! When a corner of Paradise and a passion for cooking meet ... this is how I would define the Ajal Lake Refuge! I was here yesterday with my brother-in-law Fabrizio, my sister and Mia our dwarf pincher ... a show! Our taste buds in raptures as well as our eyes bewitched by the breathtaking view! Alberto, the young manager and all the staff were kind, cordial and extremely helpful. I can't wait to go back when the lake is not frozen .. ps there is even a curling rink !! Really very good! Congratulations !!!

Dopo una radicale ristrutturazione, nel rispetto del contesto in cui si trova, è pronto ad accogliere i suoi ospiti in estate e in inverno. Il rifugio si specchia nelle acque dell’omonimo laghetto. L’ampia terrazza permette di assaporare i piatti della tradizione direttamente sul lago, avvolti dalle meraviglie delle Dolomiti Ampezzane. Un’esperienza unica! La cucina è legata al territorio, con grande attenzione alle materie prime e ai prodotti a km zero. Il rifugio è aperto a pranzo e cena, ma durante la giornata è sempre disponibile il servizio bar con alcuni piatti per accogliere escursionisti e visitatori. Il giovane gestore ha due grandi passioni: la montagna e vino. Entrambe si respirano nel locale: attenzione per la natura e una cantina molto curata. In estate il rifugio si raggiunge con una bella passeggiata. La strada di accesso è sterrata e aperta solo in alcuni momenti dell’anno per tutelare il contesto naturale unico in cui si trova il rifugio. In alternativa si trova in zona il servizio jeep su richiesta e prenotazione. In inverno è possibile accedere al rifugio con le ciaspe e su prenotazione viene organizzato il servizio di motoslitta. Il rifugio Lago D’Ajal ha a disposizione 2 Suite con vista lago per vivere un’esperienza irripetibile in un vero e proprio Eden naturale. E’ consigliata la prenotazione. The Lago d'Ajal Restaurant is a small jewel immersed in a natural paradise for young and old. After a radical renovation, respecting the context in which it is located, it is ready to welcome its guests in summer and winter. The refuge is reflected in the waters of the lake of the same name. The large terrace allows you to savor traditional dishes directly on the lake, surrounded by the wonders of the Ampezzo Dolomites. A unique experience! The cuisine is linked to the territory, with great attention to raw materials and zero km products. The refuge is open for lunch and dinner, but during the day the bar service is always available with some dishes to welcome hikers and visitors. The young manager has two great passions: the mountains and wine. Both breathe in the room: attention to nature and a well-kept cellar. In summer, the refuge can be reached with a nice walk. The access road is unpaved and open only at certain times of the year to protect the unique natural context in which the refuge is located. Alternatively, a jeep service is available in the area upon request and reservation. In winter it is possible to access the refuge with snowshoes and a snowmobile service is organized upon reservation. The Lago d'Ajal refuge has 2 suites with lake view available to enjoy an unrepeatable experience in a real natural Eden. Reservations are recommended.
