β β β β β Extra charges, each person EUR2, claimed as service fee, on the bill without prior notice. Food is tasteless. Terrible experience. It is a tourist trap. I don't think they will charge locals service fee. A group of five, EUR10 service fee in a comparatively inexpensive city like Genoa, after paying food and drink. That is ridiculous and expensive.

β β β β β I wanted the menu advertised on the sign outside and in the menu for lunch - pizza and drink for 10 or 11 EUR. When I ordered, the waiter told me it wasn't valid on week-ends! False advertisement for me, it says 'LUNCH' and nothing about week days. The pizza wasn't worth 10 EUR: a 'bufalina' with tomato sauce and cheese barely covering the pizza, not even fresh basil on top... Disappointing!

β β β β β The food was good, but the server was very unfriendly, very unfriendly. We came with a small child, about 2 years old and asked if it is okay to bring him with. They responded that there is no problem with it. We waited about an hour for our food, so our boy started to walk around our table and he do not disturbed anyone else!! The waitress came to us and called him a problem and was very unfriendly since then. We leaved right after. Not to recommend for families with children!!!

β β β β β Place good for pizza, not for other more expensive food. Many items are frozen (pay attention to the menu). Be ready for cover charge (βcopertoβ) 2β¬ for each person. And now my opinion:
This place have a little overcharge the food (meat and fish) which many items are frozen (Fiorentina steak, Chicken etc.) because they are not popular, that is why better take pizza or some first dishes (pasta).
Coperto is way too much, although itβs common in Italy but 2β¬ donβt cover what you get: table sheet - monouso, bread is cheap (and bad), service is poor ( beacause one person canβt serve everybody descent (about 8 table + cashier), no crostini (bread sticks) which is also included in cover charge.
The meat I got was overcooked even I asked for medium, itβs because itβs not common and they donβt care too much.
Recommendation: take a pizza and a bottle of a white whine (donβt take house wine - poor quality), and you will enjoy your dinner, if you try to play smart and go beyond that youβll be disappointed.
