Per mia mamma è stato come trovare una seconda famiglia. Excellent assistance, very kind and numerous staff, doctor and nurse always present, Pet-therapy with Evaristo the structure cat, rooms with an amazing view of the port of Genoa and a large garden. For my mom it was like finding a second family.

Gestita magistralmente la pandemia Covid, con il risultato che nessuno è risultato positivo sia nella prima che nella seconda ondata. Cosa chiedere di più??? Consiglio vivamente!!!!! Excellent structure, trained and patient staff. Family atmosphere, super-looked after and pampered guests. Nel 2020 sono stati tra i pochi a non avere nemmeno un caso covid! Insomma struttura che consiglio! Excellent structure: small, familiar, bright, clean! and with an always attentive and punctual medical-nursing service. In 2020 they were among the few to not even have a covid case! Il fisioterapista che opera nella struttura ha una grande esperienza ed assiste gli anziani in una palestra dedicata e specificatamente attrezzata, un prezioso sostegno per gli ospiti. Excellent retirement home a stone's throw from the Genova Principe station, well-kept rooms and high-level assistance, with the plus of dealing with always kind and loving people. The physiotherapist who works in the structure has a great experience and assists the elderly in a dedicated and specifically equipped gym, a precious support for the guests.

Entrata allettata con fattura bacino e forte disorientamento, ad oggi cammina con bastone e dal punto di vista cognitivo è rinata grazie all'animazione quotidiana. OSS e infermieri sono semrpe gentili e disponibili. Non capisco le recensioni negative... My mother has been a guest of Residenza Serena for 3 years and I am very happy with the service received. Entrance enticed with pelvic bill and strong disorientation, today she walks with a stick and from a cognitive point of view she is reborn thanks to the daily animation. OSS and nurses are always kind and helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews ...

Ho ricoverato mia madre per la riabilitazione e il fisioterapista si è visto 2 volte in 13 gg Mai girata pur avendo avuto le raccomandazioni del fisioterapista. Il d.s. mi ha assicurato che c"era il passaggio con la barella falso. Una polifrattutata per la dimissione da me voluta è stata fatta in carrozzina nonostante il curante abbia scritto barellata assoluta.. solo il personale medico ed infermieristico si è mostrato disponibile sopratutto Kevin,Giulia e Cristina . Sarebbe meglio chiudere la struttura . Poor from all points of view. Mia mamma è presso Residenza Serena da 3 anni, la struttura non ha avuto un solo caso covid dal febbraio 2020, ha protetto i nostri parenti, ha aumentato il personale e le spese per tutto il 2020/2021 senza chiederci aumenti, ci ha garantito sempre la possibilità di visita con i nostri cari. Personalmente sono molto soddisfatto e, soprattutto in questo periodo, non so come avrei fatto senza. I write review because I have noticed some negative reviews and I don't understand why. My mom has been at Residenza Serena for 3 years, the structure has not had a single covid case since February 2020, she has protected our relatives, has increased the staff and expenses for the whole of 2020/2021 without asking us for increases, she has always guaranteed us the possibility of visiting with our loved ones. Personally I am very satisfied and, especially in this period, I do not know how I would have done without.

Il personale medico infermieristico è molto preparato, sempre gentile e disponibile, le animatrici ogni giorno propongono delle attività divertenti e organizzano laboratori artistici. La struttura è pulita, luminosa, con una bella terrazza nel verde e le cuoche preparano piatti sempre diversi e molto buoni. Un ringraziamento davvero di cuore a tutto lo Staff e alla Direzione da parte della nostra famiglia! My aunt was a guest in this property for several months and had a great time. The medical and nursing staff is very prepared, always polite and helpful, the entertainers offer fun activities every day and organize artistic workshops. The structure is clean, bright, with a beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery and the cooks always prepare different and very good dishes. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff and management from our family!
