★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puglia, verace, ottima, la pizza è spessa e oleosa, i pomodori sono carnosi... la tijella è una gradita esplosione di sapore del basso Adriatico... l'accento è corretto... ma anche Sicilia, gli arancini sono come quelli palermitani, con lo zafferano, la crema fritta come la migliore bolognese... Buono.

Da provare assolutamente, sia a pranzo che per i prodotti tipici pugliesi da portare a casa… consigliatissimo! E poi Antonio e il team sono gentilissimi, ti fanno sentire proprio come a casa.
