Dear owner, I am utterly astonished of your response to a simple comment. My view was that the food (yes, the food, not the car parking) was overpriced. I didnt question the quality of it. And what did you respond? That I am a poor because it was overpriced compared to my income? That my comment wasn't good enough? This is Unacceptable from any kind of business.
If this is the way you treat a customer first and then one simple comment, then you deserve 0 stars. Customer satisfaction comes first.
Funny enough, this is also what Google, but I'd say common sense, suggests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osteria Cannone was an unplanned stop. One of those exploratory weekends ended looking for some comfort and rest after long but fulfilling walks.
This osteria (old school restaurant) is rather off the beaten track hence it won’t be any tourists’ stop unless willingly planned.
Now, let me correct myself: I would not agree calling this place an osteria as its selection of unconventional recipes and the attention to serving details, firmly ask for a somewhat higher ranking, at the very least in the way it is called ?.
Now, before we move on: this is not for the frugal. I must say I’ve found it rather pricey for the whole mix.
The food was awesome but still all the rest was not on par with what higher ranked restaurants offer.
Sadly I can’t recall what the ordering was but I can assure you it was all tasty. Some dishes include edible flowers, careful if that is not your cuppa ?.
So, in conclusion, creative dishes in an old school looking place, tucked away from the touristy quarters, all a bit too pricey.
