★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale della sede di Via Costa é molto professionale. Invece la sede di via Marconi non la consiglio, abbiamo chiesto alcuni preventivi per il nostro viaggio di nozze ma non ci hanno mai richiamato né inviato i preventivi richiesti.
 The staff of the Via Costa office is very professional. Instead the headquarters in Via Marconi do not recommend it, we asked for some estimates for our honeymoon but they never called us back or sent the requested estimates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le due ragazze che lavorano in questa agenzia di viaggio sono preparate, gentili e simpatiche. Io conosco meglio Emanuela. Anche con le persone più pignole e insopportabili è sempre paziente!
The two girls who work in this travel agency are prepared, kind and nice. I know Emanuela better. Even with the most fussy and unbearable people, he is always patient!

di stelle nella recensione una è troppa .....Alberghi a 3 stelle ,ma neanche, spacciati dall'agenzia a 4 stelle!!!! a Parigi era a livello di ostello . Qualche asciugamano sporco e pulizia scadente, divano letto aperto spacciato per letto e cibo scarso e discutibile.Bus vecchio , aria condizionata non funzionante, sedili non reclinabili e vetri sporchi. Il tutto però al costo di una vacanza perfetta! Complimenti agli organizzatori!!!!!
Unico elemento positivo i posti visitati e le guide.

of stars in the review one is too much ..... 3-star hotels, but neither, doomed by the 4-star agency !!!! in Paris it was at the hostel level. A few dirty towels and poor cleaning, open sofa bed for bed and scarce and questionable food. Old bus, non-functioning air conditioning, non-reclining seats and dirty windows. All this at the cost of a perfect vacation! Congratulations to the organizers !!!!!
The only positive element is the places visited and the guides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour Bretagna e Normandia molto al di sotto aspettative per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti rispetto al costo della vacanza: hotel scadenti per ubicazione periferica, pulizia e cibo( sicuramente non 4 stelle come presentati nel programma!) ; pullman sporco, con aria condizionata mal funzionante, sedili non reclinabili e vetri sporchi. Non consiglio a nessuno questa agenzia!!!
Brittany and Normandy tour far below expectations regarding the services offered compared to the cost of the holiday: poor hotels for peripheral location, cleaning and food (certainly not 4 stars as presented in the program!); dirty coach, with badly functioning air conditioning, non-reclining seats and dirty windows. I do not recommend this agency to anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posti bellissimi e meno male che c'erano perché i servizi ( hotel e bus ) facevano pena. Gli hotels segnalati 4 stelle erano in realtà 3 stelle e anche di scarsa qualità. L'autobus era vecchio,sporco e non funzionava l'aria condizionata (sigh 30 gradi )o ti congelavi o morivi di caldo (sauna finlandese gratis?).per fortuna le guide erano preparate e l'accompagnatrice disponibile.
Beautiful places and thank goodness there were because the services (hotel and bus) were worth it. The 4-star hotels indicated were actually 3-star and also of poor quality. The bus was old, dirty and the air conditioning didn't work (sigh 30 degrees) or you froze or died of heat (Finnish sauna for free?) Luckily the guides were prepared and the escort available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato un viaggio per giugno che e' stato annullato a inizio maggio.
Avevo chiesto il rimborso, mi e' stato scritto che daranno il voucher.
Pero' ancora non ho ricevuto niente malgrado i solleciti. Mandano solo pubblicita' via e.mail di soggiorni e viaggi ma del voucher neppure l'ombra.
Non mi sembra proprio il modo corretto di agire
I had booked a trip for June which was canceled in early May.
I had asked for a refund, it has been written to me that they will give the voucher.
I still haven't received anything despite the reminders. They only send advertisements via e-mail of stays and travels but not even a shadow of the voucher.
It does not seem to me the correct way to act
