Rodrigo è una guida gentilissima e professionale; ha "cucito" alla perfezione il viaggio attorno alle esigenze mie e di mio marito. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo Santo Domingo '18, Seychelles'19, Zanzibar gennaio '20, senza contare tutti i viaggi dei miei genitori fatti con OWT, anche questa vacanza a Formentera è giunta al termine. Nonostante le problematiche del Covid, è stata una vacanza impeccabile! Rod è sempre stato attento e minuzioso in ogni dettaglio. Agenzia eccellente e consigliatissima.

After Santo Domingo '18, Seychelles'19, Zanzibar January '20, without counting all my parents' trips with OWT, this holiday in Formentera has also come to an end. Grandissima cura nel proporre alberghi particolari e in base alle diverse esigenze di ogni viaggio, con minuziose indicazioni su posizione, pregi, difetti e caratteristiche...quelle piccole ma utilissime sottigliezze che servono tantissimo per rendere perfetta la vacanza . Ottima anche l’assistenza, Rodrigo è sempre a disposizione per domande e aiuti in caso di bisogno , per esempio per anticipare o posticipare biglietti. Un servizio veramente da 10 e lode.

Che si tratti di un viaggio oltreoceano, con programma interamente personalizzato sulla base delle mie necessità, o di soli 4 giorni con volo più hotel in una capitale europea, il mio giudizio resta il medesimo: cortesia ed affidabilità al 100%.
Rodrigo è una persona estremamente seria, competente e con una pazienza infinita, anche nei confronti di chi, come me, ama vagliare ogni piccolo dettaglio dell'itinerario che si sta costruendo, per non lasciare nulla al caso.
Ottima anche l'assistenza durante il viaggio: in caso di problematiche insorte durante in viaggio (per cause non a lui imputabili) non ha esitato a fornirmi assistenza, nonostante la differenza di fuso orario non lo rendesse certamente agevole a farsi.
Che dire: se è dal 2016 che prenoto viaggi solo con lui, un motivo ci sarà!

Rodrigo is an extremely serious person, competent and with infinite patience, even towards those who, like me, love to examine every little detail of the itinerary that is being built, so as not to leave anything to chance.
Also excellent assistance during the trip: in case of problems that arose during the trip (for reasons not attributable to him) he did not hesitate to provide me with assistance, although the time difference certainly did not make it easy to do.
What can I say: if I have been booking only with him since 2016, there must be a reason!
