The staff is really helpful. Yesterday I went to get a pair of glasses, one of the workers, Zuleika, helped me choose. She was really nice, helpful and wasn’t invasive or annoying at all. I left the store with a new pair of glasses and smile on my face. Great experience overall, wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Firstable employees know how to take care of you and advice you in the most professional way.
Then there is so much choice there !!
The shop looks very clean. The mirrors to try on the glasses are all over the place and there is a lot of space . I didn't expected to renew my glasses there but I actually did it after the discount they proposed to me. And they actually did it in less than one hour ? Compare to where I'm from (France) where you need to wait months before to have your glasses and pay at the end the same price or even higher (please don't ask me why they are imposing this to citizens) .
They've done it here in a record time. In 1 hour an ophthalmologist even took the time to check my view and did it perfectly. The glasses are thin and they didn't have to readjust the frame.
Finally the service was perfectly done with positive vibes. I hope you will have the same experience.

Two VERY unpleasant guys served me at 19:30 21/12/2021. Don’t understand how they still work there.. I came from other country and one of my wishes was to buy a classic RayBan shades, ??♂️ almost ruined my dream…
