Dopo aver dato la mia disponibilità per un colloquio non sono stato più richiamato. Dopo qualche giorno mi sono fatto sentire per sapere come mai nessuno mi avesse più comunicato qualcosa. Il risultato? Nessuno sapeva nulla, il nome di chi mi aveva contattato non è mai venuto fuori. L'interlocutrice non ha avuto neanche il coraggio di qualificarsi. Zero professionalità, totale mancanza di organizzazione sembra di parlare con un call-center di bassissimo livello quando invece visto il settore in cui operano sarebbe necessario avere persone competenti e capaci. Mai più Randstad e la sconsiglierò a tutti quelli che io conosco. I was called by this agency for a phantom search for workers at one of their clients. After giving my availability for an interview, I was never called back. After a few days I made myself heard to know why nobody had communicated anything to me. The result? Nobody knew anything, the name of whoever contacted me never came out. The interlocutor did not even have the courage to qualify. Zero professionalism, total lack of organization seems to speak with a very low level call center when, instead, given the sector in which they operate, it would be necessary to have competent and capable people. Never again Randstad and I will not recommend it to everyone I know.

Dunque, mi presento all' appuntamento e appena entrato, una delle tre impiegate presenti mi dice che mi sono sbagliato e che in realtà non avevo alcun appuntamento. Evidentemente, queste gentili e molto professionali impiegate non sapevano che cosa volesse dire essere alla ricerca di un posto di lavoro per poter sopravvivere. Meditate gente e scegliete con molta attenzione le agenzie presso le quali candidarvi. Io fortunatamente ho risolto ormai da tempo, ma a tutti Voi che siete ancora alla ricerca di lavoro, voglio inviare un grosso " in bocca al lupo ". Ebbene, quando è andato in azienda ha scoperto che la posizione che ricercavano era un'altra, ossia un COMMERCIALE, nulla che centrasse con l'offerta proposta da Randstand filiale Abbiategrasso.
