In tempi di covid uno per forza deve venire in banca se magari si può risolvere tramite una telefonata o una mail, il problema è che non rispondono mai, in qualsiasi giorno e orario. Cioe chiamo e mi dicono che se conosco qualcuno dalla filiale puo sbloccare tramite telefono se non conosco devo perforza arrivare in filiale ma scusa conosci o non conosci non sono le stesse procedure di sbloccamento ? Avete un servizio inutile e dei dipendenti fuori portata e sopratutto sgradevoli ti chiudono il telefono in faccia. So it is not possible that if a customer cannot arrive at the branch or in ITALY that he cannot unblock his bank online ... I mean I call and they tell me that if I know someone from the branch he can unlock by phone if I don't know I have to get to branch but sorry do you know or do not know are not the same unblocking procedures?
