S	Sam Provenzale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo tranquillo e gestori estremamente cortesi in cui i cornetti sono buonissimi - di ogni tipo - così come il caffè al ginseng che prediligo. Il rapporto qualità - prezzo è ottimo, migliore di molti altri bar o caffetterie del centro storico di Abbiategrasso. Oltretutto, dal locale si ha una splendida vista sulla piazza del castello in cui risiede la biblioteca del posto. Quiet place and extremely courteous managers where the croissants are very good - of all kinds - as well as the ginseng coffee that I prefer. The quality - price ratio is excellent, better than many other bars or cafes in the historic center of Abbiategrasso. Moreover, from the restaurant you have a splendid view of the castle square where the local library is located.

Personale estremamente gentile attento e disponibile, Flora, la "bar tender" è una persona splendida. Ci ritorno volentieri quando posso. Perché mi avete domandato di spiegare agli altri perché ho detestato questo posto? Certamente avete dei problemi con gli algoritmi. Sono in giro e mi fiondero' quanto prima al "centrale" please, check-out your evaluating system...? I have not at all hated this place: it is a nice and "friendly" place, excellent and well served aperitifs and all the cafeteria. Extremely kind staff attentive and helpful, Flora, the "bar tender" is a wonderful person. I return willingly when I can. Why did you ask me to explain to others why I hated this place? You certainly have problems with algorithms. I'm out and about as soon as possible to the "power plant" please, check out your evaluating system ... ?

Il distributore ha erogato un prodotto in meno dopo avere effettuato il pagamento. Inserendo 20 euro ho selezionato 3 pacchi ma me ne dava solo 2 disponibili. Ho selezionato quindi 2 pacchi più un kit. Resto dato correttamente ma erogazione solo di un pacco di tabacco e il kit. Alla richiesta di rimborso, pensando che si poteva evincere da tutti questi dati che il loro incasso rispetto alla data segnalata era maggiore rispetto al venduto, mi hanno risposto che loro fanno il reset ogni giorno e che quindi a distanza di tempo(causa post chiusura) non potevano verificarlo. Mi sembra poco corretto. Very nice but they still did not reimburse me for the self-service tobacco expense. The distributor has dispensed one less product after making the payment. Entering 20 euro I selected 3 packages but only gave me 2 available. So I selected 2 packages plus a kit. I remain correctly given but only a pack of tobacco and the kit are dispensed. To the refund request, thinking that it could be deduced from all these data that their collection compared to the reported date was greater than the one sold, they replied that they reset every day and therefore after some time (due to post closure) they could not verify it. It seems to me incorrect.

Congratulations Max and Susy, I recommend this place, excellent for an aperitif and complete for every need (refills and tobaccos !!!). Keep it up guys ?

La scusa era che a quell'ora ci sono troppe persone, dovevo tornare più tardi. Premesso che dietro di me c'era una coppia di ragazze, che volentieri volevo far passare al posto mio, e il resto del locale era completamente VUOTO, non posso fare avanti e indietro (nemmeno abito ad Abbiategrasso) nella speranza che il bar sia nelle condizioni (quali?) 'perfette' da lui auspicate. Se questo bar si è preso un impegno come rivenditore STAV deve essere disponibile a fare il suo lavoro sempre, non solo quando gli aggrada. This morning the manager of the bar / tobacconist refused to accept the STAV 2021 Card Form I filled out. The excuse was that there are too many people at that hour, I had to come back later. Given that behind me there was a couple of girls, whom I gladly wanted to pass in my place, and the rest of the place was completely EMPTY, I cannot go back and forth (I don't even live in Abbiategrasso) in the hope that the bar is in conditions (which ones?) 'perfect' he hoped for. If this bar has made a commitment as a STAV dealer, it must always be available to do its job, not just when it pleases it.
