★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato tre giorni fa da una responsabile dell’agenzia per effettuare una telefonata con quest’ultima, in quanto nei giorni precedenti mi ero candidato per un lavoro, e la responsabile mi ha domandato quando sarei stato disponibile per un approfondimento del mio Curriculum. Così ci accordiamo per una chiamata da farsi la mattina seguente.
La mattina in questione chiamo la responsabile e non ricevo risposta, ritento altre due volte e non ricevo risposta. In seguito ricevo un SMS dalla responsabile: “Mi puoi chiamare più tardi?”. Io le rispondo: “ D'accordo, mi potrebbe dare un orario approssimativo in cui può ricevermi?”. Non ricevo alcuna risposta.
Il giorno seguente le scrivo su whatsapp in cerca di un riscontro e la responsabile visualizza il mio messaggio, ma non risponde.
Due giorni dopo le ho scritto un’ultima volta per tentare di ricevere una riscontro e la responsabile legge immediatamente il messaggio, ma non risponde.
Assoluta mancanza di professionalità da parte della responsabile, spero non assumano lo stesso comportamento anche i suoi colleghi.
I was contacted three days ago by an agency manager to make a phone call with the latter, as in the previous days I had applied for a job, and the manager asked me when I would be available for an in-depth study of my Curriculum. So we agree on a call to be made the next morning.
On the morning in question, I call the manager and receive no answer, I try two more times and receive no answer. Then I receive an SMS from the manager: "Can you call me later?". I reply: "Okay, could you give me an approximate time when you can receive me?". I don't get any response.
The following day I write to her on whatsapp looking for a reply and the manager views my message, but does not reply.
Two days later I wrote to her one last time to try to receive a reply and the manager reads the message immediately, but does not reply.
Absolute lack of professionalism on the part of the manager, I hope her colleagues do not assume the same behavior.
