★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera io al contrario delle persone che ritengono che chi lavora presso l'agenzia siano delle incompetenti e maleducate voglio dire che non hanno avuto probabilmente a che fare con altre, IO SI. Da parte mia non posso dire altro che bene in quanto ho telefonato prima di presentarmi presso l'ufficio e loro gentilmente mi hanno detto tutta la trafila da fare dopodiché sono andata a fare un colloquio conoscitivo.
Ho trovato delle persone competenti nel loro lavoro. Oggi posso dire che grazie a loro sto lavorando e non sono stata discriminata per l'età anzi al contrario di quanto mi hanno risposto purtroppo le altre agenzie loro mi hanno dato fiducia. Quindi io consiglio vivamente l'agenzia . Grazie, Cristina Callegarin.

For my part I can not say anything but good as I phoned before going to the office and they kindly told me the whole process to do after which I went to do a fact-finding interview.
I have found people who are competent in their work. Today I can say that thanks to them I am working and I have not been discriminated against for age, on the contrary, contrary to what they have unfortunately replied to me, the other agencies have trusted me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google mi chiede se sono soddisfatto del servizio, essere soddisfatto non esprime al meglio ciò che vorrei dire. Manola, la ragazza che mi ha seguito, è stata disponibile, gentile ed ha capito al volo le mie esigenze tanto è che dalla mia richiesta alla firma del contratto sono passati solo 10 giorni. Se volete cambiare lavoro per qualsiasi vostra necessità, non andate dalle altre ma venite da Synergie Italia e ne uscirete più che soddisfatti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mandato il CV per un'offerta di lavoro come scaffalista in un supermercato, gestito da una cooperativa per la quale l'agenzia fa da tramite. Al colloquio mi hanno detto che dovrei lavorare molto velocemente e di solito si rimane anche un po' più del solito, non si finisce puntuali. Ho detto ok. Quando poi mi hanno spedito il contratto da compilare, ho letto la paga oraria e lorda sarebbe stata 6.8, di cui netti 3.8. E io dovrei lavorare per 3 euro all'ora cercando di fare il più veloce possibile e rimanendo anche oltre l'orario indicato? Siamo nel 2021 e ancora oggi i giovani vengono trattati stracci, e poi si chiedono perché se ne vanno dall'Italia oppure perché rimangono fino a 30 anni e oltre a casa dei genitori. Come fanno a diventare autonomi e indipendenti? Sgobbando per 3 euro all'ora? Ragazzi, non fatevi prendere in giro e state attenti.
I sent my CV for a job offer as a shelter in a supermarket, run by a cooperative for which the agency acts as an intermediary. At the interview they told me that I should work very quickly and usually you stay a little longer than usual, you don't finish on time. I said ok. When they then sent me the contract to fill out, I read the hourly and gross wages would have been 6.8, of which 3.8 net. And should I work for 3 euros per hour trying to do it as fast as possible and staying even after the indicated time? We are in 2021 and even today young people are treated as rags, and then they wonder why they leave Italy or why they stay up to 30 years and beyond at their parents' home. How do they become autonomous and independent? Slogging around for 3 euros per hour? Guys, don't be fooled and be careful.
