★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why putting a WhatsApp number on your webpage if you’re not able to communicate? We tried to arrange a rafting trip for the next day. First, it was fully booked, an hour later we could choose any slot for the next day, so we did, but got no confirmation. Not even after asking again. Then on the next day we asked again, whether the rafting would take place or if we should rearrange our plans: we just received an “ok”. No professional communication, they might be overworked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today a very beautifull rafting trip of 2 hours organized by Rafting Umbria. I can recommend Rafting Umbria as they are very pleasant, safety focussed and very flexible. Due to our fault there was one extra person. Instead of 2 boats 3 were needed. Christine, the owner, changed her clothes. And became the guide of my boat. I can tell you she is the queen of the river and guided us well through the rapids with her commends: forward forward back forward. We enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Rafting Umbria ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! 1) They asked a different price as advertised on their website, 2) “rafting” is exaggerated, it was merely floating on a small river, 3) they forgot to give my ID card back at the end, 4) All instructions are in italian and not English. In overall a bad service and experience! Do NOT recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a perfect day with Rafting Umbria! This was our first time and loved the experience. Especially with kids who enjoyed it as well. After a short introduction we we’re professionally led through the beautiful river and surroundings. We had time to take a dive in the river and into the historic remainings during our route. Thanks to Cristina for making this possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really recommend this center. Nice and helpful people. Rafting there is a great activity, particularly for young children. You don’t need to worry about safety. The instructor has it all under control. I encourage to go on 2 hours trip , even though our children wanted more :)). That’s a pity we didn’t meet Cristina - probably the owner - everybody is talking about her:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to raft with kids. The ride lasted around 1:45. The guide was friendly and spoke good English. We got proper instructions in the various positions. We stopped two places to jump into the chilly water. Priced at 38/28 € adult/chuld. Three daily rides 10:00, 13:00, and 16:00.
