Ci mettono 55 ore per dei risultati - che altri laboratori mettono Max 10 ore. In più molto più caro! Parcheggi assenti! Sconsigliassimo! 1 Stella x l’inferno era o dottoressa che ha fatto il prelievo! Carinissima e competente! Per il resto vedete ad Anguillara The slowest laboratory in Lazio! Not only that one already has to wait for the hours x the counter and after for the withdrawal. It takes 55 hours for results - which other labs take Max 10 hours. Plus much more expensive! Un unico appunto, che faccio ogni volta finché non entrerà in testa a tutti: non date per scontato l'identità di genere di una persona! Chiedete SEMPRE prima! Esistiamo noi persone trans che affrontiamo un calvario: non potete aspettarvi la correlazione tra esterno ed interno: ci vogliono anni, come pure per i documenti! Chiedete, chiedete, chiedete! Sono una persona non normopeso e devo dire la risonanza e stata facile da eseguire. Con un diametro di 140cm e abbastanza capiente. In quanto riguarda il personale, devo dire che sono molto professionali cordiali e hanno una empatia particolare. La struttura è divisa in due zone , nel sotterraneo reparto radiologia e al piano terreno le varie ecografie e sala visite. Molto pulito . Complimenti a tutto lo staff What can I say ... Non posso dire lo stesso per il front office, punto debole della struttura, con ragazze poco accoglienti, scocciate e sbrigative. Per ottenere il rimborso di una fattura, l'assicurazione sanitaria richiede alla struttura di dettagliare una prestazione con una semplice annotazione sul documento. Nonostante non comportasse nessuna responsabilità per loro, essendo l'informazione utile al solo calcolo della franchigia, si sono rifiutati di farlo con giustificazioni ridicole. La superficialità delle ragazze che non hanno neanche provato a capire la situazione, avviando subito la tattica scaricabarili. Ho riferito della mancata cortesia all'assicurazione che ovviamente ha scartato il documento per il rimborso. Sono loro cliente da anni e rimango molto amareggiata per l'episodio. AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo aver pubblicato la recensione sono stata contattata dalla struttura che mi ha rinviato la fattura con l'annotazione per l'assicurazione. Ho apprezzato il tentativo per rimediare. To obtain reimbursement of an invoice, health insurance requires the facility to detail a benefit with a simple notation on the document. Although it did not involve any responsibility for them, since the information was useful only for calculating the deductible, they refused to do so with ridiculous justifications. The superficiality of the girls who have not even tried to understand the situation, immediately starting the blameworthy tactic. I reported the lack of courtesy to the insurance which obviously discarded the document for reimbursement. I have been their client for years and am very saddened by the episode. UPDATE: After posting the review I was contacted by the property who returned the invoice with the insurance annotation. I appreciated the attempt to fix it.

Considerando il periodo... Devo dire che ho trovato professionalità... Prenotato qualche giorno prima... Mi sono presentato e francamente non ho dovuto aspettare 5 minuti in più....
