Il taxista ci ha fatto pagare più del dovuto, mi sono lamentata e mi hanno fatto un buono della differenza. Quindi, controllate il tariffario e qualora le cose non quadrino chiamate il centralino, dove ogni volta che ho chiamato, sia per chiedere il preventivo della tratta sia dopo, ho sempre trovato persone gentili. Occhio al tariffario però. I used the service one evening after an evening. The taxi driver overcharged us, I complained and they gave me a voucher for the difference. Poi ha terminata la chiamata senza dire niente! Non è difficile di trovarla sulla mappa??!! Grazie per niente, abbiamo dovuto andare a piedi a casa con aquisti molto pesanti. Brutto brutto brutto! When the taxi arrived (Russia 1) I asked him to switch on the taxi meter but he refused. He said the fare would be of 15 euros, and it was convenient for me. I insisted but he stopped (like saying “if you don’t accept, you hop off”). It was late and I didn’t want discussions, few euros different don’t change my life, but these people are to avoid. And I’m not a tourist, I’m Italian myself.
