L'operatrice mi ha detto che applicano una TARIFFA COMUNALE quindi la cifra di euro 90.00. Mi chiedo su quali tariffe e/o basi applicano questi prezzi?!?!?! Mi viene da pensare che nessuno vigila mai su ciò che molti soggetti con tanta convinzione personale adottino per offrire dei servizi.........Sono convinta che d prima o poi saranno COSTRETTI a diminuire, le cose CAMBIANO, ci vuole tempo...... Al mio stupore il tassista ha detto che il prezzo era dovuto anche all'applicazione della tariffa notturna ed ha "arrotondato" e a 30 euro Erano le nove di sera. Molto strano. Qualche tempo prima, dallo stesso luogo di partenza per raggiungere l'aeroporto Falcone e Borsellino, alle 4 del mattino, con un taxi non di questa cooperativa, il prezzo è stato di 35 euro. Ho pagato solo perché avevo fretta ed avevo avuto un problema alla macchina. Peraltro è un percorso che ho fatto altre volte con la mia auto ed il taxista ha scelto un tragitto un po' più lungo motivandolo col fatto che così in alcuni tratti poteva usufruire delle corsie preferenziali. D	David M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben dieses Unternehmen für eine Veranstaltung gebucht, in der Hoffnung, einen reibungslosen Service zu erhalten (was man bei den von Anfang an erhöhten Preisen im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz auch erwarten durfte). Um es kurz zu machen: alle im Voraus vereinbarten Strecken, Details, etc. wurden nicht wie erwartet befolgt. Die Taxifahrer wussten von keiner Veranstaltung (da das Callcenter alle Vereinbarungen ignoriert hat), fuhren ohne auch nur ansatzweise die Straßenverkehrsordnung zu beachten (wen interessieren schon Überholverbote und Geschwindigkeitsbeschränkungen) und ließen einige der Gäste weit weg vom Zielort mitten auf der Straße aussteigen, weil sie die Adresse nicht fanden. Die Abwicklung durch die Administration war dann das I-Tüpfelchen an Inkompetenz und Unverschämtheit. Unter allen Umständen zu vermeiden und besser zur Konkurrenz wechseln, die es aufgrund des grottenschlechten Service nur besser machen kann. We booked this company for an event in the hope of getting a smooth service (which one could expect from the higher prices compared to the competition from the start). In short: all the routes, details, etc. agreed in advance were not followed as expected. The taxi drivers did not know of any event (because the call center ignored all agreements), drove without even starting to observe the traffic regulations (who cares about overtaking bans and speed limits) and let some of the guests get off in the middle of the street far away from their destination because they did not find the address. The handling by the administration was the icing on the cake for incompetence and insolence. Avoid at all costs and switch to the competition, who can only do better because of the terribly poor service.

L’autista mi ha chiesto 45 euro: “nuova tariffa causa guerra”. O mente l’autista o mente il cartello. Mi piacerebbe sapere! This lying, cheating taxi company will take you the long way to Castellammare and then threaten and demand 50euro for them to get back to Palermo. They also insist that cash is the only payment method and credit is not accepted. Cheaters, stealing taxi company.......

As many other reviews point out it's true that they set up fake tariffs I've ended up paying 60 EUR for a journey from Central Palermo to Mondello (11km). This is not the correct price which should be around 30 EUR. The driver kept his tariff displayer hidden throughout the entire journey... Who does that? Do not use their services, they rip off customers and should be reported to the police. Palermo desperately needs Uber!!!!
