Da due anni circa, mi faccio fare i prelievi a domicilio, con una modica spesa di 10euro, l'analista viene a casa entro le 7.30-8.00 del mattino, e senza fare code e senza prendere macchina con sofferenza di posteggio, visto che si è pure a digiuno, risolvo in tre minuti....con esiti mandati tramite email, puntuali e meticolosi. Ho consegnato le urine della bambina il venerdì. il lunedì andiamo a ritirare il risultato ma al momento del ritiro ci comunicano che hanno dimenticato a richiamare perché le urine non bastavano!!!! Bambina con febbre da 3 giorni necessitava urgentemente quel risultato!!! Non vendete patatine non potete permettervi di dimenticare a richiamare specialmente in questo caso che si tratta di una neonata!!! Professionalism 0 !!!!! Quando c'è qualcosa di strano nei risultati siamo costretti a ripetere l'esame. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la maleducazione e la totale mancanza di professionalità e serietà, non voglio fare di tutta l'erba un fascio ma il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare è indescrivibile, signorine che alzavano la voce parlando in modo poco garbato, solo per fare un esempio; senza considerare le aperture in ritardo e il trattamento riservato a persone anziane - scena a cui ho assistito - che si affidano totalmente alle loro parole venendo trattati nel peggior modo perché neanche sanno mettersi d'accordo tra loro.
