I dipendenti, gentilissimi e professionali, hanno saputo indirizzarmi verso la bici giusta anche in base al mio budget. Inoltre, prima di prenderla, ho chiesto delle piccole modifiche che i ragazzi hanno eseguito senza problemi e il giorno della consegna hanno controllato che ogni cosa fosse in buono stato. La bici è fantastica, piacevolissima da guidare. Veramente soddisfatto! Per la mia ho aspettato un po' per via del colore bianco che tanto mi piaceva. Ho cambiato un po' le carte in tavola anche dopo averla ordinata, cambiando un po' ciò che riguarda l'allestimento e l' estetica. Roberto sempre gentile e disponibile. Fabio il meccanico molto competente. Ho personalizzato la mia gravel secondo le mie esigenze ma sempre seguendo i suoi preziosi consigli. Anche l'assistenza post vendita è di livello. Roberto always kind and helpful. Fabio the very competent mechanic. I customized my gravel according to my needs but always following his precious advice. The after-sales service is also top-notch. A digiuno di conoscenze tecniche, la livrea elegantissima ha deciso per me. Ora, dopo l'acquisto, il rodaggio, le prime uscite, posso dire che la bellezza è coniugata con la qualità, la competenza e la disponibilità di Roberto e del suo staff. Fabio, meccanico esperto e ciclista eclettico, preziosissimo negli indispensabili aggiustamenti per avere un mezzo sempre in ordine e performante. Ottimo il servizio post vendita con frequenti controlli gratuiti per tutta la vita del mezzo. Per un neofita una grande fortuna essere guidato con pazienza e sollecitudine nell'approccio con la prima bici "vera".
