Organizzazione ottima con la possibilità di prenotazione in diversi orari tramite app, staff molto preparato, gentile, sempre carico e gajardo! Allenamenti proposti sempre molto stimolanti, ben programmati e pianificati, in un bell'ambiente con una bella energia !! Staff di SPORTIVI, laureati e stra competenti che ti seguono in ogni esercizio evitando che tu ti possa far male, ti spronano a non mollare e ti aiutano per qualsiasi esigenza!!! FANTASTICI!! Il coach Lorenzo è scrupoloso nel pianificare le sessioni e nel predisporre esercizi adeguati ad ognuno, anche in base ad eventuali infortuni pregressi o problemi fisici di cui tener conto. Atmosfera serena e allegra che rende meno pesante la fatica (che pure c'è ?). Orari flessibili e max disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Qualità e competenza altissime anche per il pilates con Sabrina, ottimo per unire relax, tonificazione muscolare e maggiore flessibilità. Consiglio a tutti di provare entrambe le attività. Progressione del lavoro individualizzata per ogni iscritto, presenti lezioni per ogni orario e prenotabili su app, ambiente pulito e disinfestazione dopo ogni lezione.
