Fatti dei lavori su due balconi, solo vetrate su i laterali, messe anche due zanzariere del tipo che si riavvolge su un lato e senza bisogno della binario per terra, pertanto un lavoro costoso, quest' ultime non sono state usate perché messe a gennaio, in primavera/estate la casa e stata lasciata chiusa. Rientrati a fine estate il riavvolgimento è durato un mese poi non ha più funzionato. Dico solo che la ditta è stata interessata subito del problema con innumerevoli telefonate (almeno una dozzina) fatte a utenze fisse e cellulari, promesse di intervento, questo almeno per 8 mesi poi...mi sono rotto... K	Kaqpa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengono, montano, tutti felici e contenti, loro perché hanno il pagamento, voi perché avete il prodotto, mai poi vedete con i propri occhi come si va a deteriorare tutto e non esiste l'assistenza post-vendita. Al massimo arrivano dei ragazzi che aggiustano per il momento il problema ma poi ti ritrovi punto e da capo con il guasto o il difetto. They come, they mount, all happy and content, they because they have the payment, you because you have the product, then you never see with your own eyes how everything deteriorates and there is no after-sales assistance. At the most, some guys arrive who fix the problem for the moment but then you find yourself point and again with the fault or defect.
C	Claudio Devincenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa hanno montato delle zanzariere insieme a tutte le finestre in PVC le zanzariere non hanno mai funzionato bene telefonato più volte è venuto un operaio che ha messo un po'd'olio e non è servito a nulla . Ora ho un problema con una finestra telefonato mi hanno detto che avrebbero segnato l'intervento ma non sapevano quando potevano arrivare . Se potevo mettevo zero stelle .La storia è che una volta pagato il post vendita fa pena. A year ago they mounted mosquito nets along with all the PVC windows. The mosquito nets never worked well. Phoned several times, a worker came and put some oil in it and it didn't help. Now I have a problem with a phoned window they told me they would mark the surgery but they didn't know when they could arrive. If I could, I put zero stars. The story is that once you have paid the after-sales service is worth it.
