Ho portato il mio telefono iphone 11 in assistenza, che non si accendeva piu' dopo essersi bagnato. In primis l'addetta vendita mi ha detto che il telefono poteva essere bagnato solo per pochi secondi, le ho fatto notare che il sito apple specifica che invece il telefono può essere immerso fino a 2 metri per trenta minuti (cosa che nel mio caso non è successo, se devo dirla tutta è caduto nel water). Questo aspetto è pubblicizzato sul sito apple come una delle principali caratteristiche, che mi ha spinto ad acquistare il dispositivo. Dopo aver accettato di valutare se appunto riparare o meno il device, mi hanno richiamato dopo pochi giorni dandomi la possibilità di sostituirlo dietro pagamento di 440€. Trovo scorretto il comportamento che è volto semplicemente alla vendita di un nuovo articolo e non nel dare assistenza
I took my iphone 11 phone for service, it no longer turned on after getting wet. First of all, the sales clerk told me that the phone could only be wet for a few seconds, I pointed out that the apple site specifies that the phone can be immersed up to 2 meters for thirty minutes (which in my case is not it happened, if I have to be honest it fell into the toilet). This aspect is advertised on the apple site as one of the main features, which prompted me to purchase the device. After agreeing to evaluate whether or not to repair the device, they called me back after a few days giving me the possibility to replace it upon payment of 440 €. I find it incorrect the behavior that is aimed simply at selling a new item and not giving assistance

As a person that's bought 6 or 7 apple products in HK over the past few years, I have to admit that the experience of buying an ipad pro with the keyboard and the pencil was downright unpleasant and stressful. The staff have an unbelievably supercilious attitude..like they're condescending to sell you stuff. Then they gave me the wrong keyboard which I discovered after I got home despite the fact that the shop wasn't actually busy. They did resolve my issue and apologized. Maybe apple should buy them a ticket to HK to show them how it's done. I will not be going back for sure.

I came in at 17.00 approximately in your Rstore in Milan cause the iPhone 11 I bought 2 months ago didn’t work anymore, the screen just switched off by itself. I explained the situation, the staff member asked me for the iCloud email and password but unfortunately I didn’t remember the password so I asked him to help me out and the answer I did receive was ‘you need to call the apple phone support because I cannot help you out’ I did call, I stayed 20 minutes over the phone but NOBODY Answered. I went back saying I couldn’t reach them out and he said again he couldn’t help me. I tried again to call the apple phone support but still nobody did answer me. I came in again a bit annoyed and I was freaking out. Why do I have to call an apple support phone number If i was in a apple store!? Ones I started to be very angry he then helped me out. So my question is, why didn’t this guy Help me out with a very easy problem and he did only when I got angry!? I could sort it out in max 20 minutes and it took over an 1 and half! That’s really embarrassing for the company he was representing even because I spent over 800€ for that product and the point that it got broken by itself after not even a couple of months was not my fault! I won’t buy anymore apple product if the customers are treated like that! Giulia Venegoni
