★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di telefonia nonché centro di assistenza ufficiale del marchio Huawei (Honor). Ci sono stato, infatti, per ottenere un intervento in garanzia per il mio cellulare.
Il personale al banco di accettazione è molto competente in merito alle problematiche e gentile. L'intervento in garanzia è stato molto veloce e perfetto. Sono rimasto molto sorpreso quando ho scoperto che il cellulare mi sarebbe stato restituito già in giornata.
Complimenti al centro e 5stelle meritate.
Phone shop and official service center of the Huawei (Honor) brand. In fact, I went there to get a warranty claim for my cell phone.
The staff at the check-in desk are very knowledgeable about issues and kind. The warranty intervention was very fast and perfect. I was very surprised when I found out that my cell phone would be returned to me within the day.
Congratulations to the center and deserved 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro assistenza Huawei da evitare assolutamente: abbiamo portato uno smartphone per la riparazione di un sensore interno, ci hanno restituito il dispositivo con il problema non risolto e inoltre il display e la cover completamente distrutti a causa di un loro maldestro tentativo di apertura evidentemente mal riuscito. Hanno detto che avrebbero cambiato cover e display (al momento non disponibili) a loro spese ma l'incidente ad oggi (sono già passati tre mesi) non è stato ancora risolto. VERGOGNATEVI
Aggiornamento: ora siamo arrivati a otto mesi e stiamo ancora aspettando che il centro assistenza si faccia vivo. Non rispondono neanche più alle email. Non comprate queste cineserie che non costano neanche poco...
Service center Huawei to avoid at all: we brought a smartphone to repair an internal sensor, they returned the device with the problem not solved and also the display and the cover completely destroyed due to their clumsy attempt to open, obviously unsuccessful . They said they would change covers and displays (currently unavailable) at their expense but the incident to date (three months have already passed) has still not been resolved. SHAME ON YOU
Update: now we have reached eight months and we are still waiting for the service center to show up. They don't even respond to emails anymore. Don't buy these chinoiseries that don't even cost a little ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei Peggiori posti al mondo i prezzi salgono sempre di più con il tempo(un mese 7 euro se compri quello da un anno 7.5) una cosa vergognosa mentre il servizi pessimi non risolvono niente e ti gridano contro mentre i giga e molto inprecisi perché se finisci i giga ti tolgono 3 euro ma ti fanno avere un giga ma e veramente impreciso in questo servizio, anche se non hai finito i giga ti prende i tre euro e se chiedi il rimborso continua a dirti delle ca***te
