β β β β β Overcrowded during Weekend ?
We went there during weekend with all family to stay all day and also booked wellness lunch. Overall the place in very nice and beautiful, you get all essentials towels creams shoes. All you need to bring with you is a swimming suit.
But it was overcrowded! We entered at 10:30 and outside pools were already full as you can see in the video. In order to enter any sauna, you need to wait someone to go out. All chairs, sofas and beds where you could sit to relax were occupied.
We went to wellness lunch at 13 that was booked in advance and paid separately. We waited some 25 minutes in the queue in order to enter. It was also full of people. So better go to eat earlier at least not to lose time there.
Wellness lunch includes buffet with salads, soup, salumi&cheese, bread, fruits, cakes, yogurt, wine, water, coffe.

β β β β β That's an amazing place with so much water activities inside and outside. I was in March so staying in the pool outside was cool as the weather was around 10 degrees. And even that was enough to sunbath a little bit as it was very sunny and the views around are amazing.
What I missed a little bit was that the towels looked really weary and torn a little bit. For taht price that they take I would expect it to be in a better quality. Other than that the views and activities will not disappoint you

β β β β β The most gorgeous spa in the most gorgeous building. I was surprised that the appertivo which was included was quite a hearty meal and they happily gave us a second glass of prosecco. Be careful in the winter though, the last bus to Bergamo leaves the town at 19:30 and there are no taxis whatsoever.

β β β β β Bought a day entrance with lunch and massages for my girlfriend for Christmas and we had a fantastic experience. Lot's of different pools and stations where you can truly relax. Highly recommend the outdoor pools. People are generally good with distancing but it would definitely help if staff would check a bit more often to avoid crowding and the most overt displays of "affection". She really loved the massage (50 min), mine (25 min) was good but I would have loved a bit more cracking of joints. The bistrot is also excellent, great food and drinks. Plus points from my side for the craft beer on tap. All in all a fantastic experience, would definitely come back.

β β β β β Great place to spend a day.
I mostly liked the outdoor pools and the 80 degrees C sauna. Unfortunately, the wet saunas (turkish baths) weren't working. If you wanna eat, you can book from the reception the meals. They have two types of menus, one was 20 eur ( first dish and dessert), and 28 (first dish, second dish, and dessert).

β β β β β This is the first spa I've ever been to, and it's absolutely set the bar. The original building was stunning and so rich with history. The spa is so well designed and again it was beautiful, with 3 levels of warm pools and water treatments. My personal favourite spots, were the hot pools outside, as it was a bit grey and cold out. We were also given prosecco and some delicious mid-evening snacks too. I'm already planning my next trip here.

The building is gorgeous, the inside is well designed with modern architecture.
The place is very clean even though is huge.
They offer an aperitivo for free.
The people who work there are friendly and helpful.βΊοΈ
There are many different kinds of Sauna and rooms for relaxation with different effects you can try.
There are some products including creams for the face massage and perfumes.
There is also a tea bar inside.
There are jacuzzis inside and outside.
Unfortunately the Turkish baths are closed due to covid.

β β β β β Wonderful spa day. Many different jacuzzi both outside and inside. Steam bath and many sauna. The lunch wad also great.we had 50min massage, you can do so many different and fun things here. We were here 7.5 hrs, had to leave for the last bus to bergamo, would like to have stayed longer, we will come back.
