La cucina è a base di pesce rigorosamente cucinato dal piccolo grande chef Dante Bonsanto il quale con grande maestria e notevole fantastia, cucina abbina e accoppia sapori e pietanze a base di pesce in maniera particolare. Complimenti al giovane chef Fantastic the Bistrot !!! This is a very cozy place run by Matilde. The cuisine is based on fish rigorously cooked by the great little chef Dante Bonsanto who, with great skill and remarkable fantastia, cooks combines and pairs flavors and dishes based on fish in a particular way. Il ristorante offre vari menù, sempre diversi ogni volta, che comprendono 3/4 portate. In coppia ordiniamo 2 menù uno a base di carne l'altro a base di pesce. Dopo la seconda portata, in "teoria a base di carne" (antipasto all'italiana, melanzana ripiena e bieta) la cameriera asserisce che il menù che mi stava servendo non era quello che avevo chiesto, infatti a parte l'antipasto della carne no avevo visto nemmeno l'ombra, ma comunque se volevo potevo avere lo stesso un piatto a base di carne, senza però specificare che me l'avrebbe fatta pagare a parte! Mi viene servito un hamburger e una costatina di maiale, immangiabile. Finita la cena, mentre la sala, frequentata dai pochi soliti, si trasformava in una discoteca e noi non riuscivamo neanche più a parlare, troppo era il volume della musica, chiedo il conto e mi ritrovo la sorpresa: la carne era segnata a parte! Mi sono rifiutata di pagare la carne, per un errore che non era mio, la cameriera mi ha dato ragione decurtando il prezzo in più e scusandosi per il comportamento scandaloso della proprietaria ed io me ne sono andata sconcertata. Sono già parecchie volte che ci torno e ogni volta commette errori gravi, ora basta! Ho dato troppe possibilità a questo locale, credo che non ci tornerò più! E sicuramente non lo consiglierei a nessuno! Peccato...perché Matilde ai fornelli ci sa fare, ma solo a quelli! no comment ... It's not the first time I've been to this place. In couple we order 2 menus one based on meat the other based on fish. After the second course, in "meat-based theory" (Italian-style starter, stuffed eggplant and chard) the waitress asserts that the menu I was serving was not what I had asked for, in fact apart from the meat appetizer no I had not even seen the shadow, but anyway if I wanted I could have a meat dish all the same, but without specifying that he would have made me pay it separately! I am served a burger and a pork cutlet, inedible. After the dinner, while the hall, frequented by the usual few, turned into a disco and we couldn't even talk anymore, too much was the volume of the music, I ask for the bill and I find myself the surprise: the meat was marked separately! I refused to pay for the meat, because of a mistake that was not mine, the waitress gave me reason by cutting the extra price and apologizing for the scandalous behavior of the owner and I was baffled by it. I have been going back there many times and every time I make serious mistakes, that's enough! I have given too many possibilities to this place, I believe that I will never go back there! And I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Too bad ... because Matilde in the kitchen knows how to do, but only to those!

La cucina è ricercata ma i piatti non sono elaborati, ingredienti semplici e un po' di sperimentazione. Matilde, la proprietaria, è sopra le righe quel tanto che basta per essere fantastica. The place is lovely and there is an air of travel and distant places. The cuisine is refined but the dishes are not elaborate, simple ingredients and a little experimentation. Matilde, the owner, is just enough to be fantastic.
