★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was simply wonderful. The dishes were based on antique, classic recipes but with thoughtful, contemporary twists. For example, I’ve eaten tripe my entire life but have never been so thoroughly enamored with the taste and mouthfeel, I thought it was a homemade pasta at first, it was that delicate and subtle. For the serious foodie, this place is a score! I will certainly be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food with high-quality products and very hospitable waiters, although they do not speak English. The interior design is extraordinary. Prices are a bit high, but reasonable in accordance to the overall experience. Gnocchi with spinach, a dish you must try!

The service was too slow. and the bill anyway quite expensive.
