★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A number of bees were sworming around our table and the staff did nothing but giggling and paying no interest for the problem. Rude staff, smaĺl portions, bad piźza and high prices.
Don't go, you'll regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviewers have said, the location is pretty much the only good thing about this place. It is clearly a tourist trap. We came as a group, which seemed to have annoyed the staff who were quite unfriendly and very slow to take our order. The food itself was alright, but definitely not worth the 50% markup compared to other places in Prato (which also served better food!). Skip this place unless you are desperate for the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late arrival into town with hotel booked near train station. Needed a place for late dinner and this place excellently met our needs. Agree pizza flavor was somewhat flavorless but still very palatable. Risotto was good, service was excellent, pricing for value was excellent (21 for decent bottle of wine), and limoncello was good. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I was with a group of about 30 that had a reservation for their fixed-price menu. I got the meat option. The staff were friendly and helpful, so I disagree with other reviewers that claim otherwise. But the service is unbelievably slow. We got there at 7:30 pm. The last course of the meal was served around 11, 11:30 pm. The dinner took about four and a half hours. To add insult to injury, the food was mediocre if not flat-out bad. The only exceptions were some exquisite potatoes and a divine dessert (ice cream was so good). The pork was dry, tough, and bland. The cheese was just OK. A risotto-like dish was meh. The wine was just OK.
You're in Italy. They have some of the best food in the world here. I suggest you go almost anywhere else to find it. Based on my experience, it's not at Il Dek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality food, a bit pricy but everything was delicious! Service was slow, but the staff was very nice and did apologise for the wait time. Tbf it was very busy and they admitted they weren't expecting so many people dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken filet was dry and with bones. Vegetables (endive) were bitter. Service was not nice. They never asked how the food was, could not make a recomandation about the food. I paid a lot for a little bad meat with a little bitter endive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really lovely restaurant on a beautiful square in Prato which looks out over a castle. The food is good, but not haute cuisine, although the prices are, for Italian standards, quite expensive. The ambience on the terrace is superb, so you can forgive the odd down side from tje kitchen.
