Ho atteso e seguito sua esposizione. Quando la coppia è andata via, è toccato a me; il signor Edoardo, all’inizio molto gentile e preparato, mi ha spiegato con che criterio si doveva acquistare un materasso, fin là tutto bene. I prezzi proposti erano alti per me, allora il dipendente ha iniziato a impazientirsi alla mia domanda sul prezzo di uno dei materassi in esposizione. Non mi ha dedicato neppure dieci minuti perché in quanto un’altra coppia entrava in negozio, mi ha risposto: “che non mi poteva dare prezzo di tutti i materassi; questa è una bugia perché era il secondo prezzo che chiedevo”. Mi scuso se prima di fare un acquisto di un certo valore sono abituata a fare una ricerca. La qualità dei materassi in esposizione è alta, forse se non sei disposto a spendere almeno €1,000.00 per un materasso matrimoniale non è il caso di entrare, forse il signor Edoardo perde la pazienza e la percentuale. Grazie Edoardo per la tua gentilezza e per i tuoi preziosi Consigli ma non solo anche per la tranquillità che emani all’interno del tuo negozio non c’è tensione, e nemmeno la fretta di vendere . Per me questo è ciò che un cliente vorrebbe sentire quando entra per acquistare, qualsiasi cosa essa sia. Eduardo, persona molto cordiale e preparata, io e mia moglie siamo stati subito indirizzati sul materasso a noi più congeniale, un prodotto della Falomo, un materasso in Soia Bio con tecnologia KUSCHELMED , ovviamente ne abbiamo provati anche altri ( con e senza molle ) ma alla fine abbiamo optato per la prima proposta affidandoci anche all'esperienza del Sig.Eduardo. Oltre al materasso abbiamo acquistato anche due guanciali Soia Air e approfittando del Black Friday e alle promozioni in corso abbiamo avuto ottimi sconti, consegna gratis e smaltimento gratuito del vecchio materasso + in omaggio una parure di lenzuola. Il materasso è arrivato il 15 dicembre, ma abbiamo atteso diversi giorni prima di recensire il prodotto perchè volevamo testarlo con cura, e devo dire che siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo sia il negozio che il prodotto.
