Creando forti disagi. Bastava un semplice avviso. Mi sono fidato di quello che hanno detto ma il contratto riporta cose completamente diverse da quello detto a voce. Quindi mancanza di trasparenza. Possono ritardare fino a 60 giorni ( mai accennata a voce questa cosa). Mi sono pentito di aver dato i miei soldi a loro. MAI PIÙ. La signora Giorgia è stata molto gentile, professionale e paziente, esaudendo senza problemi tutte le nostre richieste e modifiche. Il letto è proprio come lo volevo e la qualità è molto buona. Consegna perfettamente nei tempi, i ragazzi della logistica sono stati precisi e veloci. Siamo molto soddisfatti del risultato. ? A febbraio viene fissato il giorno della consegna, peccato che ci viene consegnata la rete sbagliata. La motivazione è stata che nei magazzini non hanno mai visto la rete da noi acquistata (la rete è presente sul sito, noi siamo in possesso della scheda tecnica e della fattura con l'indicazione del modello acquistato). Firmiamo la dichiarazione di non conformità, contattiamo l'azienda e riprogrammiamo una nuova data di consegna per il mese successivo. Oggi siamo a marzo e al momento della seconda consegna ci viene consegnata nuovamente la rete errata trovandoci costretti a firmare per la seconda volta una dichiarazione di non conformità. Attualmente dal magazzino ci hanno informato che il modello della nostra rete non c'è e non c'è mai stato. L'azienda invece, incapace di comunicare con la propria logistica per capire la causa del disguido e dare una rassicurazione al cliente, non ci ha degnato né di una scusa né di un interessamento che ritengo doveroso. Ah dimenticavo... Dopo 2 mesi ci ritroviamo ancora senza rete. Sconsiglierò questo negozio a chiunque. Bad service. Scadente,a mio avviso, il lato consegna. Contattato dalla logistica, mi viene detto che la consegna è prevista tra le 8 e le 12. Lavorando, chiedo di avvisarmi mezz' ora prima. Non possibile. Chiedo di lasciare il pacco sotto casa assumendomene la responsabilità anche per iscritto, non possibile. Chiedo di lasciare in negozio,non possibile. Alla fine, per sfinimento, dal negozio, eccezionalmente mi fanno la cortesia di accettare la merce per poi farmela ritirare direttamente lì. Considerato che avevo pagato tutto in anticipo, nonostante nn fosse richiesto, mi aspettavo almeno il rimborso delle spese di consegna (di fatto non usufruite). Quindi,tenete conto di perdere una mattinata per ricevere il materiale se richiedete la consegna a domicilio. I bought some pillows and a cot for guests.
