Too expensive for the quality offered, unfriendly and welcoming staff. Avoid eating there because such high prices cannot be justified. We are at the Genoa airport and not in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar tavola calda posto al primo piano zona partenze. Metto una stella perché mezza non è possibile. Prodotti di pessima qualità, Brioches gommose, bruciate ed insapore. Decaffeinato dal sapore orrendo tipo bruciato. Pessima organizzazione al banco, Cortesia e simpatia pari a zero da parte della barista bionda un po più cortese la piccola moretta. Evitatelo se potete.
Snack bar on the first floor in the departures area. I put a star because half is not possible. Bad quality products, chewy, burnt and tasteless brioches. Decaf with a hideous burnt flavor. Bad organization at the counter, Courtesy and sympathy equal to zero on the part of the blonde bartender a little more courteous, the little brunette. Avoid it if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra i peggiori servizi mai ricevuti in aeroporto. È assolutamente inaccettabile che il personale si permetta di trattare i clienti così maleducatamente, tantomeno alzare la voce.
Ho cercato di usare un meal voucher fornito dalla compagnia aerea e la ragazza ha iniziato a gridare perché non le avevo anticipato che avrei usato il voucher.
Se il volo è in ritardo, purtroppo il voucher è utilizzabile solo ai bar nell'area imbarchi ma il servizio e la qualità sono pessimi, definitivamente da migliorare.
Meglio fermarsi ai bar prima del controllo sicurezza.
Among the worst services ever received at the airport. It is absolutely unacceptable that staff allow themselves to treat customers so rudely, let alone raise their voices.
I tried to use a meal voucher provided by the airline and the girl started screaming because I had not anticipated that I would use the voucher.
If the flight is delayed, unfortunately the voucher can only be used at the bars in the boarding area but the service and quality are bad, definitely worth improving.
Better to stop at the bars before the security check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I've ever received at an airport. The lady behind counter was extremely rude and shouting at her customers for not telling her in advance how are they gonna pay. If you're at Genova airport save your time and money and eat at your destination.
