In questa "trappola comunicativa' però non cade il signor Caggiano Luigi, per gli amici Gino, della cantina Sella delle Spine. Accomodarsi ai tavoli antistanti il punto di degustazione, di fronte al Castello di Taurasi, significa immergersi in un mondo di passione, competenza, pulizia di pensiero e d'azione e, soprattutto, in un mondo di benessere. Eh sì, perché farsi guidare nel percorso degustativo dalla personalità coinvolgente e dalla profonda conoscenza di Gino è un'esperienza che fa stare bene. La scelta dei prodotti, vari e diversificati, ma soprattutto figli del territorio e della tradizione irpina si sposano alla perfezione con le varie etichette proposte...senza dimenticare le sapienti mani della gentilissima signora Maria che accompagna e aggiunge il suo tocco unico alla degustazione. Fu Francesco De Sanctis, irpino anch'egli, a dire per primo che per comprendere appieno le opere dei poeti, dei romanzieri, dei pittori, dei musicisti bisognava innanzitutto concentrarsi sulla vita degli artisti e su tutto il contorno (contesto storico, politico etc.etc.). È come se fosse la simbiosi individuo-mondo a generare arte. Ebbene, queste sicuramente limitative parole vi hanno dato un'idea del contesto e degli individui che danno vita a bottiglie quali "Vigna Piano d'Angelo", "Eugenia", "Don Raffaele" e "Sella". Per comprendere appieno tali opere, rispettivamente Taurasi DOCG, Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco di Tufo DOCG, Aglianico DOP, vi invito caldamente ad andare a Taurasi e fermatevi poco prima del Castello sulla sinistra. Starete bene...semplicemente perché vivrete l'arte "in purezza", quella che non ha necessità di musei e cattedrali per manifestarsi. E la differenza sta tutta qui!
