Partiamo dalla location spettacolare, il proprietario Antonio chef e persona eccezionale, gira tra i tavoli ed è una cosa bellissima, servizio di piatti favoloso con impiattamenti da foto e cibo buonissimo di qualità estrema, il baccalà il top e cavallo di battaglia, primi e carne di livello superiore, per il resto basta farsi guidare e coccolare dal personale elegante e preparato, cosa aggiungere se non un arrivederci a presto... Complimenti! ???? Ah, dimenticavo, prezzo del conto è quello che ti darà la certezza che tornerai. ??

La sala interna è molto caratteristica, tutta in pietra, rustica ed elegante al tempo stesso. I ristoratori sono molto accoglienti. Consiglio i piatti a base di baccalà, di qualità eccellente. Ci è stata offerta una bruschetta con baccalà mantecato e cipolla rossa, e un assaggio di focaccia con provolone mortadella e scorza di limone, entrambe gustosissime. La linguina alla puttanesca di baccalà eccellente, nella preparazione presentazione e cottura. Il baccalà alla pertecaregna (con peperone crusco) è il piatto da non perdere. Ma anche quello in guazzetto con pomodorini gialli e rossi, olive e capperi è molto gustoso. Molto buoni anche i dolci, in particolare cremosissima la coppa con ricotta di pecora mantecata, nocciole di Avella e vino cotto. Ottimo anche il calice di vino di Montemarano, anche se un po' caro. Impressione super positiva, sicuramente da tornare e consigliare.
The dining room is very characteristic, all in stone, rustic and elegant at the same time. The restaurants are very welcoming. Council dishes made with cod, excellent quality. We have been offered a bruschetta with cod fish and red onion, and a taste of bread with sausage and provolone lemon zest, both delicious. The linguine puttanesca excellent cod, preparing presentation and cooking. The cod to pertecaregna (with pepper Crusco) is the dish not to be missed. But even that stew with yellow and red tomatoes, olives and capers is very tasty. Very good also the desserts, especially cremosissima the cup with creamy ricotta, of Avella hazelnuts and cooked wine. Also excellent glass of wine Montemarano, although a bit 'expensive. super positive impression, definitely come back and recommend.

This restaurant is fabulous; a must go. The location alone in a cute, peaceful town is worth the trip. However, the restaurant is intimate and beautiful inside. The staff are absolutely wonderful to interact with; they treated us like royalty. The cook even translated her recipes into English for us! Innovative local dishes, fantastic local wines chosen by an expert sommelier. Simply can’t say enough good about the place — one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had anywhere. Even the bill was pleasant. We may go back to this part of Italy again just to revisit the place. Adjust your travel plans to visit them. Just GO!

Magnificent place. The location is great, in a very attractive, small southern Italian hill town. The building itself is beautiful, the inside is all built in stone and it immediately give the feeling of being in a traditional place. The food is among the highest quality I've ever had. The cooks are incredibly professional. Their wine is superb. I can guarantee you wouldn't be disappointed
