Primi piatti totalmente insapori, in particolare i tagliolini con crema di pecorino (così è stato specificato) e tartufo. Questo piatto "fuori menù" sa unicamente di acqua salata (il che ha già dell’assurdo!!) e la porzione è davvero misera. Siamo rimasti sbigottiti ed increduli. L'abbiamo fatto presente alla ragazza che ci ha servito al tavolo e lei si è limitata a fare spallucce, senza curarsi minimamente del problema né di provare a rimediare in un qualsiasi modo. Le è stato fatto presente anche che addirittura il pane non ci era stato servito e la risposta è stata la stessa. A che quel punto d'obbligo è stato chiedere direttamente il conto, così da scappare a gambe levate. Potrete notare qui sotto l’infinita maleducazione e non professionalità dello stesso proprietario, il quale anziché accettare le critiche e provare a migliorare sempre di più, offende. Tutto spiegato. I strongly advise against this restaurant. Unfriendly and downright rude staff. Totally tasteless first courses, in particular the tagliolini with pecorino cream (as it was specified) and truffle. This "off-menu" dish tastes only of salt water (which already has some absurdity !!) and the portion is really meager. We were stunned and incredulous. We pointed this out to the girl who served us at the table and she just shrugged, not paying any attention to the problem or trying to fix it in any way. It was also pointed out to her that even the bread had not been served to us and the answer was the same. At that point it was obligatory to ask for the bill directly, so as to run away. You can see below the infinite rudeness and unprofessionalism of the owner himself, who instead of accepting criticism and trying to improve more and more, offends. All explained.

Vino ottimo, rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero conveniente. Il servizio cortese e professionale, da migliorare forse i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra. Il tutto immerso nel bellissimo borgo di Sorbo Serpico. Lo raccomando e sicuramente ci ritornerò. Excellent food, right quantities and not exaggerated, beautiful location in balance between the rustic of an inn and the refinement of an elegant restaurant. Excellent wine, really affordable quality / price ratio. The courteous and professional service, perhaps by improving the waiting time between courses and the other. All immersed in the beautiful village of Sorbo Serpico. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
A	Armando Belato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scostante. Se l'obiettivo è fare conoscere il ristorante utilizzando Groupon, avrebbero dovuto avere un atteggiamenti diversi. Non hanno rispettato quando descritto nel voucher ( menu di 3 portate a scelta dalla carta concalice di vino), invece si è obbligati a prendere antipasto, il primo ed un dolce. Tutto questo anche se non condivisibile, ma detto con il giusto garbo avrebbe creato le condizioni diverse. Abbiamo preso una bottiglia di vino supplementare e non ci hanno cambiato i calici. Relativamente ai piatti offerti li ho trovati mediocri. Non è mai piacevole scrivere cose negative, ma è anche corretto esprimere la propria esperienza. Very unfriendly staff. If the goal is to make the restaurant known using Groupon, they should have had different attitudes. They did not comply when described in the voucher (3 course menu of your choice from the card withglass of wine), instead you are obliged to take an appetizer, the first and a dessert. All this even if not acceptable, but said with the right grace would have created different conditions. We took an extra bottle of wine and they didn't change our glasses. Regarding the dishes offered, I found them mediocre. It's never pleasant to write negative things, but it's also okay to express your experience.

Ambiente leggermente freddo, servizio nella norma. Conto medio alto, ma giusto. Good appetizers. Excellent ravioli and saccottini minus ziti meat and cod from first prize. Good wine. Slightly cold environment, normal service. Medium-high account, but fair.

Antipasto 7 portate difficile da dividere in due. Alcune cose molto particolari (come il flan di carote con fonduta, pane croccante e alici, l'uovo cotto a bassa temperatura e tartufo, spiedino di pancetta con prugne e mele), altre ordinarie. Ravioli ottimi ma forse un po' troppi sapori. Il brasato molto tenero, peccato la crema di accompagnamento (patate e curcuma) insapore e un po' fredda. Il dolce mantecato alla ricotta molto scenografico, ma un po' asciutto (suggerisco meno crumble e più ricotta e cioccolato). Sicuramente da tornare per assaggiare altri piatti interessanti. Vino aglianico della casa molto buono. Beautiful location, excellent service, rich menu of choice, dishes presented very well, prices in the norm, portions a little contained. Appetizer 7 courses difficult to split in two. Some very special things (such as carrot flan with fondue, crispy bread and anchovies, low temperature cooked egg and truffle, bacon skewer with plums and apples), others ordinary. Excellent ravioli but perhaps a little too many flavors. The braised meat is very tender, too bad the accompanying cream (potatoes and turmeric) tasteless and a little cold. The creamy ricotta dessert is very spectacular, but a little dry (I suggest less crumble and more ricotta and chocolate). Definitely to come back to taste other interesting dishes. Very good Aglianico house wine.

Ho trovato giusta la proposta del menù, che a quanto pare viene periodicamente aggiornata: non troppe portate ma non risicato. Essendo in 5, abbiamo sostanzialmente provato l'intero menù alla carta, e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto dal rapporto qualità/prezzo e dall'esecuzione dei piatti. Ritornerei assolutamente, magari a provare nuovi piatti in futuro. Grazie! Very good. We were hosted on a cold Saturday night by this cozy tavern. I found the menu proposal right, which apparently is periodically updated: not too many courses but not narrow. Being 5 of us, we basically tried the entire à la carte menu, and I must say that I was pleasantly satisfied with the quality / price ratio and the execution of the dishes. I would definitely go back, maybe try new dishes in the future. Thank you!
