In cucina lo chef ventenne sa il fatto suo e sicuramente farà strada. in sala Sergio fatevi consigliare da lui, ogni cosa che dice e' la rappresentazione in parole , autentica di quello che mangerete.Alla prossima occasione ci torneremo di sicuro .Complimenti e consigliatissimo We happened upon it by chance and I must say we were very lucky.A high level place. La cucina ottima con prodotti di qualità. Da provare. Antipasto ricco. I primi buonissimi. La carne cotta a puntino. I prezzi assolutamente nella norma. Ne vale davvero la pena. Assolutamente pessimo, tempi di attesa assurdi, un'ora e mezza per avere un antipasto, affettati e formaggi, quindi nulla da preparare. Ordinata una fetta di carne che dopo tre ore, e dico 3 ore, non è arrivata. Alle 16.30 siamo andati via senza pranzare. Assolutamente bocciato. A star because you can't get less. Ordered a slice of meat which after three hours, and I mean 3 hours, did not arrive. At 4.30 pm we left without having lunch. Absolutely rejected.

Lo chef è un giovane ragazzo di 21 anni, Carmine, molto appassionato e dedito al suo mestiere. La sua è essenzialmente una cucina Gourmet ma all'occasione elabora qualsiasi tipo di cucina. Più volte, infatti, mi è capitato di rivolgermi a lui per un servizio di catering sia in occasione della mia promessa di matrimonio sia in occasione ad agosto di un gender reveal. In quest'ultima occasione sono state preparate varie stuzzicherie tra i quali: crocchè, arancini, frittatine, frittata di maccheroni, gateau di patate, Wurstel in pasta sfoglia, quiche di zucchine e varie tipologie di pizza tra cui pizza margherita, con patate e focacce varie. Ho ricevuto i complimenti da tutti gli invitati. Tutto è stato impeccabile, di ottima qualità e cucinato con materie prime eccellenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!! Several times I found myself dining at this new restaurant located in a very quiet area of Atripalda. The chef is a young 21 year old boy, Carmine, very passionate and dedicated to his craft. His is essentially a Gourmet cuisine but on occasion he prepares any type of cuisine. Several times, in fact, I happened to turn to him for a catering service both on the occasion of my promise of marriage and on the occasion of a gender reveal in August. On this last occasion, various appetizers were prepared including: crocchè, arancini, omelettes, macaroni omelette, potato gateau, Wurstel in puff pastry, zucchini quiche and various types of pizza including pizza margherita, with potatoes and focaccia various. I received compliments from all the guests. Everything was flawless, of excellent quality and cooked with excellent raw materials. I highly recommend it !!!!
