La scelta di offrire pochi e selezionati piatti al menù e pochi tavoli , è una politica aziendale vincente, per la cura della qualità, nella quale eccelle il titolare Massimo. Ottima la selezione di affettati, una delizia il crostino ai porcini, il carpaccio di chianina e una carbonara di pici al tartufo, da urlo ! Per finire un delizioso stinco di agnello confit, tenero, saporito e sugoso. Chiusura, sulla nota dolce di un fantastico dessert di ricotta. Il tutto accompagnato da un generoso vino locale e dalla possibilità di scelta di una lista vini di tutto rispetto. Fantastica la grappa finale a chiudere un gustosissimo pranzo da re. Più che onesto il prezzo. Una grande e golosa esperienza che ci preme ripetere al più presto!
 It's the small businesses like Caranbar that make the difference. The choice to offer a few and selected dishes on the menu and a few tables, is a winning company policy, for the care of quality, in which the owner Massimo excels. Excellent selection of cold cuts, a delight the crouton with porcini, the carpaccio of Chianina and a carbonara of pici with truffles, to scream! To finish a delicious confit lamb shank, tender, tasty and juicy. Closing, on the sweet note of a fantastic ricotta dessert. All accompanied by a generous local wine and the possibility of choosing a wine list of all respect. The final grappa is fantastic to close a delicious king's lunch. More than honest the price. A great and delicious experience that we want to repeat as soon as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo cibo e buon vino della casa, piatti ricercati "il giusto" e non quel troppo che la gente"comune" (o almeno io) non riesce ad apprezzare. Ambiente carino con pochi posti che lo rendono quasi riservato ed esclusivo. Prezzo onesto per quanto abbiamo mangiato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Se non ci siete mai stati è sicuramente da provare
Excellent food and good house wine, refined dishes "the right" and not too much that "ordinary" people (or at least I) cannot appreciate. Nice environment with few places that make it almost private and exclusive. Fair price for how much we ate. Staff very kind and helpful. If you have never been there it is definitely worth trying
