Rispettano sempre le consegne. I feel very comfortable. For washing and ironing shirts are exceptional. They are also very careful about stains and drying of winter duvets. Pensavo fosse un omaggio dato che era la prima volta che portavo le camicie a lavare. In realtà come se nulla fosse, mi è stato detto che due camicie con fantasia a righe non avevano più le righe ma erano state sbiancate completamente. Pensavo fosse uno scherzo. Ma alla vista delle camicie ho capito che non lo era. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto che avevano delle macchie e quindi hanno deciso di farle bianche. Ho chiesto immediatamente il risarcimento del danno ma mi è stato risposto che servono gli scontrini delle camicie e che mi avrebbero dato metà della metà del valore delle camicie e un buono per usufruire dei servigi della lavanderia per arrivare alla metà del valore della camicia. Quindi io ve lo dico, se cercate professionalità, puntualità e una lavanderia che risponda per eventuali danni provocati ai vostri capi allora LASCIATE PERDERE!!! RUN OUT! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SHIRTS, GO AWAY. I brought 7 shirts. At the time of retirement I am told that I had earned 2 more white ones. I thought it was a giveaway since it was the first time I took shirts to wash. Actually as if nothing had happened, I was told that two shirts with striped pattern no longer had stripes but had been completely bleached. I thought it was a joke. But at the sight of the shirts I knew it wasn't. At my request for explanations I was told that they had spots and therefore they decided to make them white. I immediately asked for compensation for the damage but was told that they need the receipts for the shirts and that they would give me half of the value of the shirts and a voucher to use the laundry services to get to half the value of the shirt. So I tell you, if you are looking for professionalism, punctuality and a laundry that responds to any damage caused to your clothes then LEAVE IT !!!

He is an honest and trustworthy businessman. I highly recommend Omid and his business to all tourists, residents, hotel owners, boutiques in Venice and Padova area.
