β β β β β SΓ¬ Γ¨ presentata una signora alla porta di casa dei miei genitori anziani, di oltre 86 anni, chiedendo un'offerta che seconda lei veniva fatta ogni anno da parte loro. Le ho detto di andarsene e per tutta risposta mi ha chiesto chi ero io e al pomeriggio ha riprovato a chiamarli. Che brutte persone!!!
Yes, a lady showed up at the door of my elderly parents, aged over 86, asking for an offer that she thought was made every year by them. I told her to leave and in response she asked me who I was and in the afternoon she tried to call them again. What bad people !!!

β β β β β Ho chiesto prima della visita se c'era un tariffario e mi hanno detto di no, ma chi avrebbe voluto,avrebbe potuto fare un'offerta..poi dopo la visita, mentre davo l'offerta la signora della reception mi ha rimproverata dicendo che stavo dando troppo poco...e che avrei dovuto dare almeno trenta euro...VERGOGNOSO!!!! NON PRENDETE IN GIRO LE PERSONE !! NON TORNERΓ MAI PIΓ...OCCORRE PIΓ TRASPARENZA e meno maleducazione da parte della receptionist che mi ha praticamente riso in faccia, onestamente STAVO PER RIPRENDERMI ANCHE L'OFFERTA DATA
I asked before the visit if there was a rate card and they said no, but who would want, could have made an offer..then after the visit, while I was giving the offer the reception lady scolded me saying that I was giving too little ... and that I should have given at least thirty euros ... SHAME !!!! DON'T TAKE AROUND PEOPLE !! I WILL NEVER COME BACK ... NEED MORE TRANSPARENCY and less rudeness on the part of the receptionist who practically laughed at me, honestly I WAS GOING TO TAKE BACK THE OFFER GIVEN ALSO
