Non ho dovuto fare nulla, ha pensato a tutto lei: i tempi sono stati rispettati, tutto si è svolto secondo quanto pattuito, il risultato anche oltre le mie aspettative. Mi è piaciuto che abbiano cercato di venire incontro alle nostre esigenze mantenendo sempre ben presente il nostro budget. Anche gli operai hanno lavorato bene in modo pulito e preciso. I materiali consigliati di polis e poi acquistati sono di ottima qualità, per non parlare della cucina Scavolini, stupenda! I found myself very well! La scelta è stata decisamente quella vincente, a partire dall’Architetto che ha progettato i lavori fino alla ditta che li ha eseguiti in modo impeccabile. L’Architetto Erica Ravazzi, oltre ad essere un’ottima professionista si è rivelata anche puntualissima e disponibile in ogni occasione, anche al di fuori dell’orario lavorativo. La Ditta Kadsrl ha mostrato in tutte le fasi dei lavori la massima collaborazione nella risoluzione dei piccoli inconvenienti che si sono presentati. Il titolare e tutti i suoi dipendenti si sono mostrati gentili, educati e rispettosi. Altra nota positiva, il fatto che piccole richieste extra sono state soddisfatte senza alcun problema. I lavori sono stati eseguiti a regola d’arte e il risultato è davvero molto soddisfacente. Insomma una grande bella squadra tutti indistintamente. Grazie! I lavori hanno riguardato la ristrutturazione totale di un'appartamento, siamo stati consigliati sui fornitori da valutare per bagni, pavimenti, serramenti ecc... La ristrutturazione non ha avuto ritardi e siamo davvero contenti a qualche mese dal ns trasloco di come sono stati fatti i lavori (non abbiamo trovato nessuna brutta sorpresa). Sicuramente proposte creative di organizzazione degli spazi e disponibilità sono stati la marcia in più. With Arch. The works involved the total renovation of an apartment, we were advised on the suppliers to be evaluated for bathrooms, floors, windows etc ... The renovation was not delayed and we are really happy a few months after our move of how the works were done (we did not find any bad surprises). L'architetta che mi ha seguito è stata molto paziente e ha saputo consigliarmi e indirizzarmi senza impormi una sua visione ma cercando di concretizzare, per quanto possibile quella che era la mia idea e il mio gusto. Ho affidato loro la ristrutturazione della mia casa (anni'70) e il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato davvero vantaggioso. Tempi di consegna come da contratto, piccoli inconvenienti in corso d'opera (tutti i cantieri ce li hanno purtoppo...) affrontati con professionalità e risolti celermente. Mi sento di consigliarli sia per la professionalità che per i costi! Delivery times as per contract, small problems during construction (unfortunately all construction sites have them ...) dealt with professionalism and resolved quickly. I can recommend them both for their professionalism and for their costs!

Interessata solo alle recensioni dei clienti (infatti oltre la metà sono amici di amici di gente che ci lavora dentro). Se volete evitare le recensioni negative invece di convincere la gente a non farle iniziate a pagare le imprese che appaltate e che puntualmente non si presentano in cantiere a fare i lavori. Imparate a rispondere al telefono o alle mail, invece di buttare fuori dall’ufficio la gente che cerca spiegazioni. Mancanza di professionalità, maleducati, non rispondono MAI. gli architetti si devono subire tutto lo schifo di questa gestione. Con il bonus ristrutturazione avete preso più lavori di quello che realmente sapete gestire e infatti il risultato è un cantiere fermo da 6 mesi in cui nessuno risponde e nessuno si prende responsabilità. Ora risponderete che questa è una recensione falsa e bla bla.. siete un branco di burattini imparate a lavorare MAKE YOU VOMIT I can't find words for the disgust I feel for this "company". Only interested in customer reviews (in fact more than half are friends of friends of people who work there). If you want to avoid negative reviews instead of convincing people not to do them, start paying the companies that you contract and that don't show up on site to do the work on time. Learn to answer the phone or e-mails, instead of throwing people out of the office looking for explanations. Lack of professionalism, rude, NEVER answer. architects have to suffer all the disgust of this management. With the restructuring bonus you have taken more jobs than you really know how to manage and in fact the result is a construction site that has been stopped for 6 months in which no one responds and no one takes responsibility. Personalmente, ho solo utilizzato un giorno per scegliere le mattonelle, i sanitari e gli infissi e la cucina....poi sono semplicemente rientrato a casa a lavori ultimati. Quindi mi sento di consigliare vivamente Facile Ristrutturare I turned to Easy Restructuring after realizing that to renovate my apartment in Padua I would have to dedicate time and energy that I didn't have ...
