Disorganizzazione e zero professionalità. Anziché sforzarsi di migliorare hanno pure ben pensato di eliminare tutte le recensioni negative di persone che come me si lamentavano di non aver ancora ricevuto i loro capi. Sconsigliatissimo
 I have been waiting for two months to pick up the things I brought to wash because they are never ready. They don't even have a phone number to contact them with. Disorganization and zero professionalism. Instead of striving to improve, they also thought well of eliminating all the negative reviews of people who, like me, complained that they had not yet received their clothes. Sconsigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un paio di sneakers scamosciate per lavarle. Mi era stato detto che non c erano problemi, non sono scarpe vecchie hanno poco più di due mesi. Il risultato lo potete vedere dalle foto, scarpe rovinate, la scamosciatura completamente rovinata tanto da lasciare la chiazza bianca. Se non sapete lavare le scarpe ditelo prima e per fortuna c'è scritto che lavano tutto. MAI PIU'

If you don't know how to wash your shoes, tell them first and luckily it says they wash everything. NEVER AGAIN'
