Ho ordinato della merce tramite email, fornendo prova del bonifico e nonostante mi fosse garantito che l'ordine era stato fatto, puntualmente quest'ultima tardava ad arrivare. Il problema di fondo, però, è l'ignoranza e la presunzione che dilagano tra il personale: quasi nessuno conosce i prodotti che vende e/o sa darti delle più precise informazioni tecniche. Su tutti la più scortese è la ragazza addetta alle vendite online e contatti telefonici. E' quasi sempre svogliata ed infastidita dai clienti. Poi ci si chiede perché ormai si compra solo online... Consiglio quindi di destinare ad altra occupazione detta persona che ha dato prova di incompetenza a stare a contatto col pubblico . Pessima professionalità nell'indicarti le caratteristiche giuste di un prodotto, zero assistenza per problematiche causate da loro e zero reperibilità per interessarsi del tuo problema. Ti telefonano solo per saldare l'ordine all'arrivo della merce, per il resto non esisti. Questo con un cliente che ha acquistato tutti i rivestimenti, sanitari ed elettrodomestici per 2 case, spendendo un bel po di soldi, figuriamoci per un cliente più piccolo... Mai più!! Dopo averlo scelto sul "catalogo da listino " e pagato circa 130 euro mi hanno rifilato una colonna diversa dal lavandino e l'idraulico non l'ha potuta montare perché non andavano ad incastro. Sono ritornata al negozio e mi hanno risposto che per avere la colonna uguale avrei dovuto ordinarla e pagare la differenza. Ma quale differenza se io ho scelto il prodotto dal listino e non tra i pezzi che aveva a disposizione!!!!! Alla fine, dopo aver speso 130 euro mi ritrovo una colonna esteticamente diversa dal lavandino. Mi sento INGANNATA! NOT SERIOUS !!! Se provi a chiamare per chiedere informazioni sull ordine si stizzano pure dimostrando molta poca cura verso il cliente. Però quando devono avere i soldi sono gentilissimi. Put your soul in peace.
