Carmine oltre ad essere il titolare è diventato un nostro amico per svariati motivi perché è preparatissimo su tutti i prodotti che ci ha venduto è una persona molto disponibile, perché l’ho chiamato per qualsiasi cosa ed a qualsiasi ora.... e lui anche quando non poteva si è messo a disposizione. Un azienda che gestisce un punto vendita e un e-commerce va già premiata per l impegno che ha. Per la mia esperienza posso solo che dirvi che sono rimasto più che soddisfatto. Certo i tempi di attesa si sono allungati un po', ma è più che normale se un prodotto non è disponibile in magazzino e va fatto pervenire dal fornitore. Perciò consiglio vivamente questa azienda per i loro prodotti servizi professionalità e gentilezza. M	Marco Di Maio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato in data 03/01/2022, dopo innumerevoli chiamate al loro ufficio, nelle quali si chiedeva quale fosse stata la sorte del pacco, sono state accampate le più disparate giustificazioni, nelle quali non è MAI STATO FORNITO IL NUMERO DI TRACKING. Prima la colpa è stata attribuita al Covid-19 (eravamo chiusi fino al 15 e poi in alternanza), poi la colpa è passata al corriere (prima dicevano SDA, poi hanno detto Poste Italiane) che a loro detta, per ben 2 volte hanno perduto il pacco, del quale ovviamente non è mai stata fornita alcuna prova della reale spedizione, nonostante più volte abbia chiesto il numero di tracking e mai mi è stato fornito. Oggi 31/01/2022 dopo l'ennesima telefonata, e ancora nessuna spiegazione, decido di chiamare Poste Italiane (con il codice di tracking finalmente fornito dopo altrettante chiamate nelle quali vengono accampate altrettante giustificazioni) le quali mi spiegano che questo pacco è stato preso in carico dal corriere questa mattina alle 12.02 a Maddaloni (CA), esattamente dopo le mie chiamate per sapere dove il mio ordine, PAGATO ANTICIPATAMENTE, fosse finito. Nessuna scusa da parte dell'azienda, dopo 28 giorni di totale latitanza. Poi in Italia e nel mondo le persone si chiedono come mai Amazon abbia fatto chiudere migliaia di aziende....se questo è il modo di lavorare, lascio a voi le considerazioni finali. La storia non è ancora finita, aspetto il famigerato pacco ed eventualmente farò un aggiornamento. Order placed on 03/01/2022, after countless calls to their office, in which they asked what the fate of the package had been, the most disparate justifications were put forward, in which the TRACKING NUMBER HAS NEVER BEEN PROVIDED. First the blame was attributed to Covid-19 (we were closed until 15 and then alternately), then the blame passed to the courier (first they said SDA, then they said Poste Italiane) who, according to them, have twice lost the package, of which obviously no proof of the actual shipment has ever been provided, despite the fact that I have asked for the tracking number several times and it was never provided to me. Today 31/01/2022 after yet another phone call, and still no explanation, I decide to call Poste Italiane (with the tracking code finally provided after as many calls in which as many justifications are provided) which explain to me that this package has been taken in charge by the courier this morning at 12.02 in Maddaloni (CA), exactly after my calls to find out where my order, PAID IN ADVANCE, was finished. No apologies from the company, after 28 days of total inaction. Then in Italy and around the world people are wondering why Amazon has shut down thousands of companies .... if this is the way to work, I leave the final considerations to you. The story is not over yet, I am waiting for the infamous package and eventually I will make an update.
