Saverio una persona disponibilissima per qualunque esigenza e sopratutto con una grande umiltà. Lo consiglio vivamente. Dopo 10 minuti dal rimborso trovo il prezzo dello stesso Pc aumentato di ben 200 euro !!!! poca poca poca serietà e professionalità e tempi di risposta lunghi . Non rispondono nemmeno alle mail. Very bad experience! I buy a PC on their site at a price and after 2 days they reply that they have to refund you because the price was not updated ... After 10 minutes from the refund I find the price of the same PC increased by 200 euros !! little little little seriousness and professionalism and long response times. They don't even reply to emails.

Alle rimostranze hanno risposto scocciati e non sono seguite delle scuse e nemmeno è seguita la sostituzione né la restituzione di quanto pagato per quota parte dei prodotti difettosi. Consiglio di rivolgersi ad altri venditori, che in casi simili curano il Cliente con gentilezza, disponibilità e fattiva assistenza, qualità totalmente mancanti presso questo negozio. A me, spessissimo, capita cosi ma stavolta non posso non ricambiare con una recensione. Non ci sono parole per descrivere l'educazione, la gentilezza, la competenza della persona che mi ha assistito (Sig. Saverio) che, ahimè, non conosco. Sono diventati, è diventato , il mio punto di riferimenti per quello che riguarda l'informatica. Esistessero persone cosi in tutti gli ambiti. Grazie grazie grazie.
