★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dottori professionali ed umani... almeno l ambulatorio di neurologia... la struttura è un po trascurata...stanze anguste e pochi posti a sedere e anche per il parcheggio, per quanto spazioso, ci vuole fortuna x trovare un posto!!!! Tutto sommato buono...3 stelle meritate!!!
The professional and human doctors ... at least the neurology clinic ... the structure is a bit neglected ... cramped rooms and few seats and even for parking, however spacious, it takes luck to find a place! !!! All in all good ... deserved 3 stars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona che risponde al telefono invece di essere cortese con gli utenti si permette il lusso di chiudere il telefono in faccia. Servizio pessimo visto che non ci si può presentare agli uffici per via del covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente no! I reparti ove effettuare le analisi di accertamento sono ubicati in un palazzo. Le persone paralitiche non possono accedervi. La struttura è disorganizzata! Vi è carenza di "segnaletica" (piano, reparto, laboratorio di..., etc). Tutto ciò fa rabbia perché trattasi di un Ente Pubblico che non bada ai principi cardini ove, lo stesso ente, emette sanzioni in caso di un loro controllo.
Se potete, recatevi ad una struttura accreditata e convenzionata. È proprio vero, la, Sanità è messa veramente male!
Absolutely not! The departments where to perform the assessment analysis are located in a building. Paralytic people can not access it. The structure is disorganized! There is a lack of "signage" (plan, department, laboratory of ..., etc). All this makes you angry because it is a Public Body that does not care about the cardinal principles where, the same body, issues penalties in case of their control.
If you can, go to an accredited and affiliated facility. It's really true, the Health is really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese di discutibile professionalità. Il periodo di regime di Covid 19 ha messo in risalto molteplici criticità facendo emergere la professionalità dei più capaci (pochi in realtà)... la sanità calabrese "naviga a vista" ... poveri noi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Personale allo sportello approssimativo. Il peggiore è uno spilungone all'ingresso che si sente un padre eterno invece è solo un emerito maleducato. Non ti fanno prenotare e di danno il numero errato per prenotare per telefono. L'unico gentile è la guardia giurata. ???
Bad service. Staff at the counter. The worst is a big guy at the entrance who feels like an eternal father but instead is just a rude emeritus. They don't make you book and they give you the wrong number to book by phone. The only gentleman is the security guard. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagato tiket per visita odontoiatrica, devo togliere 3 denti, ma le estrazioni non sono previste dal servizio sanitario mi hanno fregato 31 €uro. Se al CUP mi fosse stato detto prima li avrei risparmiati. Comunque il personale è molto Gentile ma non preparato.
Paid tiket for dental visit, I have to remove 3 teeth, but the extractions are not provided by the health service they cheated me 31 € uro. If the CUP had told me earlier I would have spared them. However the staff is very kind but not prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché zero non si può! Sto provando e riprovando a chiamare ma il telefono risulta sempre fuori posto, vergognatevi! Se una persona ha un'urgenza, con il telefono fuori posto non può risolvere e deve per forza andare di persona perdendo una giornata ?
