Mi sono recata oggi in questa attività e ho notato che non erano presenti etichette informative riguardo le farciture dei panini e delle focacce. Avendo allergie alimentari ho chiesto come fossero composti e l’addetta alla vendita non era per niente propensa a fornire indicazioni perché creavo rallentamenti alla fila. Nonostante avessi esplicitamente detto di avere questo problema non ha avuto nemmeno cura delle contaminazioni di allergeni e ho dovuto chiedere che venisse usato un utensile pulito, in quanto utilizzava lo stesso per tutto. In risposta alla mia richiesta la signora ha utilizzato un tovagliolo e, in modo del tutto sgarbato e scocciato, mi ha dato la focaccia. In conclusione non ritornerò.

Having food allergies, I asked how they were made and the sales clerk was not at all inclined to give directions because I was slowing down the line. Although I had explicitly said to have this problem, he didn't even take care of allergen contamination and I had to ask that a clean tool be used, as he used the same for everything. In response to my request, the lady used a napkin and, completely rude and annoyed, gave me the focaccia. In conclusion I will not return.
