La signora che gli ha fatto la puntura è stata molto brusca e insensibile. Zero tatto, infatti il mio bambino ha urlato come un pazzo. Infine non mi hanno neanche dato il tempo di rivestirlo e la dottoressa si è permessa di dirmi che la prossima volta devo portare dietro il passeggino, peccato che non sappia quanto sia scomodo e ingombrante. Senza parole…è incredibile quanto le persone possano essere cattive e improfessionali. Giving a star is too much. I took my nearly 3 month old son to get the vaccination. The staff were disrespectful, incompetent and rude. The lady who gave him the shot was very abrupt and numb. Zero tact, in fact my baby screamed like crazy. Finally, they didn't even give me time to dress it up and the doctor took the liberty of telling me that next time I have to carry the stroller, too bad she doesn't know how uncomfortable and cumbersome it is. Speechless… it's amazing how bad and unprofessional people can be.
S	Silvia Carige on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo le infermere(non tutte) che fanno i vaccini ai bimbi piccoli non hanno nessuna pazienza con i piccoli ,oggi ho portato la mia piccola per fare i vaccini e la Signora (una Signora di occhiale ,capelli corti ) era molto fredda .come si non bastasse si è permessa di chiedermi arrogantemente di la prossima volta portare il passeggino . Una Signora alta con occhiali capelli corti neri molto fredda Unfortunately the nurses (not all) who give vaccines to small children have no patience with the little ones, today I took my little girl to get the vaccines and the Lady (a Lady with glasses, short hair) was very cold. that wasn't enough she allowed herself to arrogantly ask me to bring the stroller next time. MA IO MI DOMANDO COME FANNO UN PERSONAGGIO COSI LAVORARE CON LE PERSONE . C	CIPPALIPPA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella e spiegherò il perché, ma prima ci tengo a dire che il ragazzo alla reception e la dottoressa che mi ha vaccinato sono stati disponibili, simpatici e competenti. Le note negative sono state che dopo la puntura non c'era il cotone per disinfettare e poi il telone di attesa per il dopo puntura era freddo, con foglie, scontrini e batufoli di peli che svolazzavano tranquillamente!!! Alla faccia delle norme igieniche!!! Forse meglio meno soffioni e spazzolatrici per strada e più fondi per certe strutture. ?? I gave a star and I will explain why, but first I want to say that the guy at the reception and the doctor who vaccinated me were helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The negative notes were that after the puncture there was no cotton to disinfect and then the tarpaulin waiting for the after puncture was cold, with leaves, receipts and wads of hair that fluttered quietly !!! So much for the hygiene rules !!! Perhaps better less shower heads and brushing machines on the street and more funds for certain structures. ??
