★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga da questa filiale. Ho preso due appuntamenti tramite app bnl e in filiale ho aspettato quasi 30 minuti! Non è ammissibile un comportamento del genere con i clienti. Se avete bisogno di una consulenza il personale è a dir poco scioccante. Cercate banche con servizi alla clientela veramente seri!!!!!! Peccato.....
I highly recommend staying away from this branch. I made two appointments via the bnl app and waited almost 30 minutes at the branch! Such behavior with customers is not permissible. If you need advice the staff is shocking to say the least. Look for banks with really serious customer services !!!!!! Sin.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo sorridendo recensioni che parlano di attese di 25/30 minuti per nuovi clienti... sono cliente di questa BNL da 5 anni, con mutuo attivo e investimenti importanti, eppure ogni volta che prendo un appuntamento attendo sempre minimo 1 ora prima di essere ricevuto, nonostante ogni volta faccia presente di avere impegni di lavoro. Ormai ho capito che non c'è speranza. Detto questo rassegnatevi, tutte le banche sono così, non ne ho mai trovata una che rispettasse i tempi. Sanno solo rispettare una cosa, il prima del mese (o anche prima) per addebitare costi/mutui/spese. Su questo sono puntualissimi. Segnalo inoltre che in 5 anni è cambiato 4 volte il direttore. Com'è possibile instaurare un rapporto di fiducia con una banca, se ogni anno il direttore cambia? Allucinante.

By now I have understood that there is no hope. Having said that, resign yourself, all banks are like this, I've never found one that respected the times. They only know to respect one thing, the first of the month (or even before) to charge costs / mortgages / expenses. On this they are very punctual. I also point out that in 5 years the director has changed 4 times. How is it possible to establish a relationship of trust with a bank, if the director changes every year? Hallucinating.
