★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante abbia chiamato per chiedere se accettassero richieste di surroga da chi le ha già effettuate in passato, mi confermano il tutto e fissano l'appuntamento in sede. Arriva il giorno dell’appuntamento, mi presento e dopo neanche 5 minuti di colloquio scopro che quanto detto telefonicamente non era vero: NON accettano richieste di surroga da chi ne ha già avviata almeno una in passato. Grazie per la perdita di tempo, neanche la decenza di scusarsi. Lo trovo a dir poco inaccettabile, complimenti per la professionalità!
Despite having called to ask if they accepted subrogation requests from those who have already done them in the past, they confirm everything and fix the appointment at the headquarters. The day of the appointment arrives, I introduce myself and after not even 5 minutes of interview I discover that what was said by telephone was not true: they do NOT accept subrogation requests from those who have already started at least one in the past. Thanks for the waste of time, not even the decency to apologize. I find it unacceptable to say the least, congratulations on your professionalism!

To date I am a current account holder of this branch, nevertheless I sent an email for information to my contact person who gave me another partial and incomplete answer. I'll look for other more customer-focused banks.
